Hello everyone!

I had a really good day today.

Writing Update

Jesus, almost 4k words! So close! So before I used to write at cafes and coffee shops. But I was having a hard time with the code part. I'd want to do some simple code stuff in the moment, and also look at variables, etc. But it was tough when I was on Google Docs AND moving everything from that to the code caused a lot of errors.

So I've been writing at home ever since. But now I can code on my laptop and have it sync to my computer! (thanks Nobafka!) Today was my first day writing out and about in months and yeah, I really needed it. It helped being away from all my distractions at home and on a laptop that can't do much. I was really able to focus on get stuff done. Except for lewd scenes, for obvious public tent reasons.

Now that I have unlocked this cheat code, I hope I can be writing more words more often!

But I also did other stuff today. I fixed a lot of sprites.

The sprites are really dope, but there were some issues or errors that had snuck through that I finally fixed. I can't tell you how much Jeze's vanishing panties frustrated me. Or the bit of skin on Hazel's arm in the date.

I also re-rendered a lot of sprites to save on file size. A lot of old sprites looked like this.

 A TON of empty space because this is how they should look in the screen. But Renpy does all that for me and if I don't like it I know how to manipulate an image. So now the files are saved like this.

 No more dead space to take up precious storage.

Finally, Kokman drew up UI elements for the eventual free roaming map!

That isn't how it will always look, but we're working on it ;)
