You haven't reacted to BAP (yet? 👀) but you have reacted to Bang Yongguk in some of your KingCobra marathons, who was/is BAP's leader! Some of them have solo careers now, like Moon Jongup! Some info: they debuted in 2012 and were like, one of THE boy groups alongside EXO, VIXX etc. The general opinion on them is that if not for their company, which was absolute shit, they could have achieved the EXO/BTS level of fame, because their potential and artistry was/is one of the best in kpop. They went on to be the inspiration to many boy groups that debuted after them! Honestly BAP is one of those prime 3rd gen boy groups - when I hear "late 2nd gen/early 3rd generation boy group", I think of this sound - many bgs around this time were doing this - some better, some worse - and BAP were truly remarkable at it! And yeah a lot of it was quite cheesy, and personally that's part of the appeal LMAO
