Bisky is such a good mentor for Gon and Killua man. Looking forward to how these fights go down too!

Biskys thighs could crush watermelons

I wonder what Bisky’s real form is. The cute small Bisky or her Titan form😂

“does he (gon) have to yell that every time he attacks”? yes, it’s part of what makes it so strong. it can be seen as part of a restriction/limitation to make the attack stronger. similar to how kite sacrificed choosing his ability (it comes out randomly chosen by the clown) to make it stronger. similar to how in jjk, explaining your technique makes it stronger bc it introduces more risk.

Nick Obeso

She said her titan form was her true form in greed island, she’s insecure about her true form so she turns into a tiny cute girl

Prateek Sridhar

Damn you guys really went right into it xD

Prateek Sridhar

Not too sure about this but I think Gon yelling it out and the moves names are needed for Gon's special move to pack its power, its a part of the technique. I think thats how it is, correct me if im wrong

Wow it’s been a while since I’ve watch HxH so I’m rewatching HxH with them and there’s a lot of things I forgot about

botanbutton

I sometimes forget that episode and it's pivotal moment. Cause you sort of don't notice how Killua fights until this moment.

ChocoBoshi

I love that you guys are taking to heart all the messages that are found in anime to heart. A big part of who I am and the ideals I carry with me come from shows like One Piece and HxH which is why I'm so excited for you guys to experience them

Two points 1. I think Gon, as an enhancer, could do jajanken without yelling it out, but as others in the comments have said, it likely makes the attack stronger as a self-imposed limitation/condition. 2. I forgot to mention before, when Gon and Knuckle fought the first time and Gon knocked Knuckle out with a punch to the stomach, Knuckle had some goofy line before he passed out and the color faded to black and white. You guys were like "there's no way he dies right here, right?" But it was meant as a parody of cool anime deaths, making it look like he just died the lamest death ever.

lylac

appreciated the message you guys included at the end, part of the reason i enjoy watching you guys so much is how earnest and genuine you both are! thank you!

After rewatching this, I just realized this is an in-depth version of Todo-Yuji training 😂 Oh and mini Leorio & Kurapika playing baseball 🥹

Tim

They didn't realise it was Leorio and Kurapika in the baseball illustration xD

I’m pretty sure the smothering love mentioned could refer to Killua’s mom, she seems to fit that mold by not wanting him to leave their home once he returned from the hunter exam

C Nichole

It deff applies to his mom, brother, and dad. His grandfather is interesting.....he seems more lenient

SirCatelot

love how you make stuff up and go into some theories why gon needs to shout it out... he's a kid using an ability based off of a game. Also it's a shonen ofc they will shout out their powers

Jay rellim

lol that’s a bit reductive. hxh has a pretty nuanced power system and we’ve already seen several related examples. sounds like you only know something if it’s spelled out for you 🥺

Killua X

all i hear in my head is that one chilling "saisho wa guu..."

Phyllis

It's funny how a person's upbringing can affect that person and their actions. It was drilled into Killua to run when analysing the opponent is too strong to defeat and this is due to his family overprotective love for him. And because of that he may instinctively leave Gon to die and escape from overpowered opponents like what Bisky said. Killua struggle to stay by Gon side is real cause Gon just stubbornly keeps going forward no matter the risk or even death. It's just scary thinking about it.

Hisoka Morrow

I think Gon shouted every time, because it's an important bluff. Rock was Enhanced Fist, Paper was Emitter Projectile Aura and Scissor was Transmuted-sharped. It's a bluffed because the opponent won't be able to tell what's Gon gonna do.

I'm way late watching yall reactions, but now yall know why Killua's dad was so certain that Killua would return to him. He told him to cherish his friends and never break his promises to them, knowing that as long as he continued to have the brother's "teachings", it would have happened eventually, breaking Killua. The family is scary lol
