EDIT: Thank you everyone for the comments. A lot about the Mangekyo. We have not memorized the different looks of Mangekyo vs regualr Sharingan, but I think we have a better idea now. Were not looking it up though (to avoid spoilers as well). So we will not know the differences like all of you do.

Also, we of course remember we were told by Itachi, "have to kill your best friend" to get access to Mangekyo, but thats all we know. You guys have to remember we don't know A LOT of whats possible in this show!!  It seems VERY possible to think Orochimaru could have found a way to allow Sasuke to access it from an alternate way! I think our assumptions are totally fair if I am being honest.

But I also understand its hard to put yourself in our shoes with not knowing what characters are capable of and just not knowing what is possible in this show. But try and keep that in mind! I think there would be less comments like, "How can you guys forget how Mangekyo is attained?" and there would be more comments like, "Interesting! I can see how one might think that" 

It's crazy what Naruto is willing to do for Sasuke!

Also not gonna say oh this is not mangekyou or whatever but remember that you can use normal genjutsu too so not everything is like what itachi used on kakashi illusions can be just a simple genjutsu

The writer/s a lot of the time don't even go into the details of certain concepts until later in the anime. For example, the writer had no idea what to do with Sakura (not a spoiler btw). People complained Sakura had poor character development until at least when she started train with Tsunade. People need to allow them to forget or not remember certain information. That's the whole point of the reactions. You either like their reactions or you don't. Don't have to rub it in when they forget information.

Someone probably already said this but a bingo book is like a countries kill list/list of people to flee from orr info about their skills or how hard it is to beat them. Basically a who's who book about enemy ninja and their info and how they should be reacted to if encountered..

Bingo book is a hit list. Sasuke Sharingan you saw is the normal Sharingan. It's like the natural state and you see 3 commas.
