EDIT: Thank you for the feedback Sushi Squad. Its how we improve and we will always strive to make our content and what we offer here as best for you all as possible! With that said, after reading all the comments, we will begin watching the OPs and EDs! We wont be watching them on every episode, but will for every arc. Unless our Mods tell us to absolutely avoid one.

Let's go! Greed Island time!

What are your thoughts on saving all openings and endings for a separate video??

Comments

Cathy

LET’S GOOOOO!!!!!! 🚀🚀🚀

Cathy

Awwww you’re skipping intros??? 🥺 since when? I was excited to see you get excited of what’s to come 😅🥹

Overbyte

Tbh I think all openings in 1 video will be overload for yall if the anime has a bunch of different ones. I’d prefer react to the openings after all the spoilers are over with but that’s probably too much work

Daamon

HxH openings are pretty spoilery so I would suggest watching the openings after each arc.

OGNero

Guys we getting closer to the A…

Cathy

I think watching them now is part of the experience. Op’s and Ed’s spoils a bit in a way they prepare you for what’s to come. I was really looking forward for them to get hyped by watching them. I guess i feel like if you watch them in the end, they won’t serve their purpose anymore.

Talachuchi

The intros have just a bit of spoilers, but in my opinion, it’s something that makes you look forward to watching the arc and get hype about what’s coming. I don’t mean to compare, but other reactors just watch them and it’s fun to see how they react to it and get excited about the new arc. :)

Naddy

Maybe instead of saving all openings and endings for one separate video, what about watching them after an arc ends? That way you will still have “fresh” memories of the arc, you can make more than one video and it won’t feel like ages from now for those who are itching to see your reaction? Once you finish hxh, you can make a video of all of them together ^^ Either way I’m up for whatever you end up doing, love watching the content!!

defnotdai

Ngl I’m kinda sad you guys are skipping the intros and outros. I don’t really even recall them being spoilery tbh. It gets you excited for the arc more than anything. Also yes, the intro song is the exact same throughout the entirety of the show, and it never gets old😂

okay striker

Seriously just watch them if you want to. It's really weird how people want you to skip them so badly Openings are kind of like a trailer for every arc, and no one is telling you guys to not watch trailers

Eric Belanger

Watch them as you go, yes they do show "things" here and there but it's obviously balanced to hype people about what's to come. There is no value having a full video about OP and ED's once you've finished the whole show. That being said the exact opposite wouldn't be true. Watching them all before starting the series would hype you the f* up, creating anticipation and making the more spoillery bits harder to catch since you know jack about the show.

Mouson

I'd prefer you to watch openings once they're free of spoilers. And then compile those same reactions into one video so that people can hype themselves up even before starting watching your regular reactions. PS: Crunchyroll sometimes splits long animes like Naruto or HxH in seasons so that people can catch up better with what they're watching. They were released continuously in Japan every week. PS2: The more famous an anime is in Japan, the more spoilers its openings will have. Because even non-manga readers will already know the spoilers due to people talking about them there. So they're just trying to raise the hype for people who already know what will happen.

Chad Bierman

I think the intros do get you excited for what is to come. Will you get glimpses of characters? Sure, but there isn't a whole lotta context. If ya wanna watch em I'd say send it

mia

wait so r they planning to finish hxh and then watch the intros all at once?? or they’re just gonna rewatch the ones they’ve seen+greed island intro in the next vid?

mia

also i don’t think the intros are spoilery at all when u go in blind without knowing the context,, it just gets u more excited for what’s to come

To To

Yeah opening and outro are definitely spoilers you can watch in the last episodes of the concerned arc if you want but not before !!!

ECCENTRiC

Watch it if you want I think it gets you more excited on what to look forward to. You aren't gonna know whats going on anyways until you actually watch it.

Brandon Tyson

honestly i prefer u guys watch the intros/outros just as they come on in the show (assuming it has no heavy spoilers of course)

kai

lol its literally the same song with different visuals if yall wanna watch them just watch them but they do have spoilers in them

dzuudo

Yeh, im with them who saying watch it. I mean watch it after each arc if u're afraid of spoilers but defo not after anime is over

Riley

watch them bruh

britt m

IMO i think you should watch the op and the ed AFTER each arc. The ops do have spoilers in it on who is in that particular arc and who the antagonist is in that arc. If yall don't care about those kind of spoilers, I say just watch them as they appear~ keep in mind, yall are about halfway through the shows arcs so theres only 3 or so more ops/eds lol

britt m

True, plus them all being the same song... they're gonna get annoyed listening to it back to back 😂

Aiyuu

The intros do have spoilers but not too many. But the endings after this arc is very spoilery, so DO NOT watch them.

Vayne

Honestly, I think the only op/ed I’d recommend holding off on, is the arc after this one. I think it’d be cool to see y’all’s theories about this arc from just the opening tbh. Either way is cool

Saith Uchiha

My dogs spent upstairs if I’m watching football fee teddy’s stress

Jake Turner

There’s at least one episode that you definitely have to watch the outro in that specific episode reaction. And thinking of that, it is much more impactful if you are used to that outro at that point, but I also get that you guys don’t watch them every episode so 🤷‍♂️

2023-10-11 01:53:01 I’ve personally never been one to skip intros or outros, and I don’t really think of the little snippets of the upcoming arc in the OPs as spoilers. Like someone else mentioned, there’re like little trailers for the arc that get you excited for what’s to come. Watching the openings as they come or all of them before you start the anime make more sense because you’re reaction will probably be different with little to no context rather than after you’ve already watched arc or completed the anime. But if feel watching the ops will ruin your watching experience then feel free to continue with your original plan (:

Ahkenaton Furdge

I skipped this arc, but hope you enjoy

NOT-ME YOU

hunter hunter has archs this is first episode of new arch, also i say skip intro and endings cuase well they spoil

Jordan Crawford

ron over here like saitama tryna kill the flys lmfao

Tengen Uzui

You could also just collect your first time reactions to intros and outros edit it in to one vid or whatever way you like

botanbutton

I think however you want to watch it is fine. HxH's intros and outros aren't spoilery imo, unless you don't want to see all the new characters in the arc. Some have mentioned watching them after an arc is finished so that might be okay.

Carter Gavigan

plsss watch the intros and outros

David Waller

I'm honestly glad most people are saying to just watch the intros as they come.

John

I don’t quite see the reasoning behind making a separate video. Maybe just from a business standpoint, but personally I don’t really care. If y’all like to watch them separate then have at em

Gharem

idk if yall know this. but im hearing alot of breathing and movement in my headset.

honeyଓ

personally i would like to see your reaction to the openings without any background info like when i watched hxh for the first time ever, the openings made me more excited about the arcs and i think it would be great to also watch it again when you are done with the show, just like you were saying in the death note reaction when you reacted to the new opening and ending, but of course i'm also ok with your decision. if you feel like you prefer watching it at the end, then do it that way :)

defnotdai

Not really. Unless you’re counting the appearance of new characters. But I don’t think those type of “spoilers” are a big deal. It doesn’t reveal anything about the characters or plot.

GeezMuhKnees

I'd just watch intros outros as they come. That's most natural to what most of us did also

defnotdai

Look to put it simply, If yall ain’t scared to watch Naruto openings and outros as they come, then y’all definitely shouldn’t be scared of watching hxh openings and outros. There’s nothing to worry about. Plus waiting to watch them all together at the end won’t hit the same, especially because it’s more visual centered, and less about the songs since it stays the same. I don’t see the point in waiting because at that point you’ve seen everything, so there leaves no room for curiosity or anticipation.

Aycee

I dunno if you should watch the intros for upcoming arcs. It can be a bit spoilery in regard to upcoming events.

Noah G

I like the idea of watching intros after you finish that arc since I dont like revealing new characters that wont show up until later, I feel you can appreciate and understand the visuals more that way

Tuấn Hồ

not related to the show, but I'm pretty sure you can't be zapped by that racket, the current is too low, and you need to be as small as a mosquito for it to function (believe me I've tried touching it with my hand before) : )))) still hurts if it hits you hard enough though

Nick Obeso

I think intros and outros are one of the main reasons of anime. But you can do either I’ll still watch. Don’t see the point in a separate video though if I’m being honest

Jeremy Schultz

I love watching your guy's reactions. But I get so annoyed when y'all get distracted. Like with the racket/fly. That's just me being picky lol. But I think you should watch the openings/outros as you are watching the anime because that's what they are intended for.

Savannah cat

Personally, I would prefer watching the intros and outros as they are intended and not in a separate video, as they usually really hyped me up for what was about to come in that arc. HxH does not have seasons, but it does have arcs so kind of similar to that

Savannah cat

Also, in addition to my comment, I would watch you react to all the intros and outros even if you've already seen them. I feel like watching them after may give you a sense of nostalgia rather than hyping you up, or at least that is how I feel every time I watch them (I lost count of how many times I watched his show lol). Either way, do whatever you feel is right for you hehe

Bhen

If you want I feel like you can watch all the intros during the arcs with the exception being the arc after Greed Island.

LeNiarfe

I'd say watch the intros and outros. Yes, you might get few spoiler here and there, but I feel like the intros and outros are a big part of the anime experience. It's what creates that nostalgia you know. For example, Naruto opening, Omg dude, every time I hear a sing or watch a opening, I get so nostalgic and it's cuz I watched them every time. If you watch them after you finish the anime, you will just watch them once for a video reaction and that's it. You'll have nostalgia by the visuals, cuz you'll be seeing things and characters you'll remember, but the music tho! Anyways, that's just my opinion. I would still watch a video of yall reacting to the opening, I just feel like it will feel more nostalgic for yall. I'm one of those That believe that Intros and Outros are meant to be watched. They inform you of what to expect on the season/Ark, introduce characters and big moments that will make you look foward to. So yes, I vote for watching intros, not watching them takes away from the experience and I want yall to have that. If not, the intros aren't gonna mean much to yall when you finally watch them at the end. I can go on and on about it lol At the end is up to yall, I respect whatever decision you make, I'd still watch a reactions to them even if yall already watched them, I think it will add value to the reaction of them if yall already watched them, cuz again that nostalgia element.

LeNiarfe

I agree, I remember the days when I started watching anime on TV and couldn't skip the intros. Always got hyped for them

LeNiarfe

Yep yep, I agree. For me intros and outros are a huge huge part of anime, special when it comes to the nostalgia behind them. I always mention Naruto intros and outros cuz they are some of the most nostalgic one to me personally. Yeah, some times they could show spoilers, but If it wasn't for me watching them every time an episode came on, I would listen to the songs now and get sooo damn nostalgic about them. It just gives me this warmth feeling and fill me uo with great memories. If I would have watched the intros, I would have gotten that, cuz I would hear them and be like 'oh yeah Naruto' instead of 'daaaamn I remember this shit' then proceeding to singing along whule remembering the visuals hahaha

Bertha

My black cat is like Teddy, he has really bad anxiety from his last family. (Idk what they did to him but he’s traumatized) every noise I make he flinches and runs to hide 🥺. He’s the sweetest thing ever though, just gets startled and worried by everything.

Joseph

Please watch the intro and outros as you go along the arcs. If you want to make a video out of it just compile all the reactions.

Zafar Ali

Watching the intros and outros usually give some ideas and even sometimes spoilers for the upcoming arc. Its never really a big deal for me but if you want to experience the show as blind as possible then you should watch after the arc/season

Suffer

Nobody actually waits until they finish a series to watch intros and outros though so why should they? They should just watch them naturally as new ones come up the same way everyone else does. I also like the fact that new intros could give them new things to talk and theorize about for the upcoming arc.

IJALS

For me, it's better to watch the intros and outros after the end of the arc so you wouldn't be spoiled by the new characters of the arc and their roles. (I meant watch the whole thing from intro to outro on the last episode of the arc)

Yoona Kim

are they planning to finish the anime then watch intro and outro

Yoona Kim

i think you should watch the intro and outro im new to hxh i would do the same no hate

lpatrickl

Just watch the intro and outro with the episodes, like Michelle said the intro's are the same but different visuals and the episodes are meant to leave off with the outro

Randall Woods Jr

You guys can wait to watch the intros and outros after every arc or you guys can wait till the end of the show and watch them all at once it’s utimately up to you guys tho.

envy

i coulda sworn they were different lyrics too. like different lyrics but to the same melody

Phyllis

I'm so glad many suggest you to watch the OP and ED. I too agree just watch them. Watching the OP and ED is the added experience to watching anime. It's like salt and peper seasoning for anime. You watch it together, not after the anime. However, if you are really afraid of spoilers , then I suggest to just watch it at the end of the each arc. So it's up to you guys to decide. 👍🏻

Cody Wild

Watch the intros and outros along with the show. That’s how most people see the show at first anyway. People are toooo sensitive these days.

Cathy

I can attest bec i literally can sing to all the versions of these songs.😭 Hahaha basically just different verses within the same song

Brad Nual'Lain

I think everyone is in agreement you should watch the intros and outros as they come, I also think you shouldn't skip them at all no matter the show, that's what they were made for. Its just a good source of nostalgia and and a way to get pumped up for it.

Jc full

I think its meant for people to see intros/outros as they are watching the anime regardless of spoilers. Everyone watches them anyways and then they go on and tell you that you should avoid watching. smh

Avishai Pinckney

The intros and outros do have spoilers in them. Not direct spoilers. but you can infer a lot from them. So I would vote that you watched them at the end of each arc. however in the next arc there are times when the outro just hits so hard at the end of the episode you just have to watch it.

2023-10-12 14:40:15 I think the mods can help you decide when you can watch the op and ending songs, but it should definitely be during the arc as it happens, not after. It really helps build up hype and makes you feel more of the emotions the show is portraying during the episodes. If you're afraid of spoilers, they're minimal anyway and just shows the new characters, so after watching an episode where all characters for the arc are introduced, you can definitely go ahead and watch it worry-free.

It really helps build up hype and makes you feel more of the emotions the show is portraying during the episodes. You know the feeling when you feel the episode so much you don't want it to end, and then the ending song starts and you finish it to feel it even more? That happens in HXH and it's one of the main reasons fans love it! Sometimes it will also play in another episode for a certain scene and then damn feels and nostalgia will come that makes it even more special. Honestly one of the best anime experiences that I hope you'll experience as well! If you're afraid of spoilers, they're minimal anyway and just shows the new characters, so after watching an episode where all characters for the arc are introduced, you can definitely go ahead and watch it worry-free. For me personally, watching it just raises questions and theories for me rather than getting spoiled. It just gets you curious and intrigued. Also if you want to do a separate video for the ops and endings, then you can still do so! But just compile everything (after you reacted to it in an episode) so other viewers can decide to watch it too and will be easier to look for! There are always reactors who react to those without context, but it will definitely become a different experience to watch it with both the context and feels.

I like the intros and outros. Feels like you are too quick to turn the music off sometimes. You could let the credits roll while discussing the episode. The Yorknew arc outro is a banger and we only listened to it once for example. The outros especially will feel nice to let roll while thinking about the episode.

eric

For real when the narrator comes in and the drums start i just get full body chills and adrenaline.

Jaime Sandoval

Well Naruto was put into seasons on Netflix but everyone goes by episodes only, not seasons

C Nichole

When it comes to intros and outros you will always get mixed reviews depending on the anime. People that have seen the show and love the songs will always tell you to watch them because they enjoy it....most of the time you won't really understand what is going on or who certain people are that are shown, but all I can say is if you choose to watch them DO NOT try to analyze them too much.....some times it takes away from the reveals in the show when you haven't read the manga and are clueless to what will come. Spoilers do exist in some intros and outros....so be weary....I don't think the intros and outros are that bad in HunterxHunter.....but the same can't be said for every anime. You can decide what you want to do.....don't ask the viewers because it will always be split....just choose how u would rather experience it. If you happen to spoil yourself on something you didn't want to know ahead of time (like the armin incident) you will then know from there if u rather keep watching them. Just watch to enjoy, not to analyze. I watched the intros on the first watch through and had no idea what was going on, but I also didn't try to lol.

Victor

Lol teddy got that new Kevin D. Bruyne cut ✌️
