I hope you watched the episode of Naruto actually leaving the village. Also, Sasuke obviously chose not kill Naruto. As for Akatsuki, while all at various levels of strength, generally speaking, yes every member of the organisation is immensely powerful. Itachi is a member, not the leader. An easy reference would be that they are somewhat like the 12 moons for demon slayer. They are not ranked like that though. They are all relative. But you get the idea. Big bad group full of big bad villains. They are loved by fans for a reason, you will see all of it if you havent already in your actual up to date viewing of the show.

Sasuke was clearly not killing Naruto on purpose. Is not like he knew Naruto didn’t die because of the wind, he knew because he didn’t do it. Hence the ‘I will find another way’ rather than ‘next time’.

Seeing people watch this as adults is interesting. As an adult you are so used to plot twists and backstabs and all these twists and turns. When I watched this as a kid, I didn't really think too deep into certain things so its cool to see you guys theorizing about the plot. You may get some theories wrong but don't stop theorizing lol. Its entertaining. Don't let the comments discourage you.

SO Naruto and Sasuke clashed, Naruto passed out and Sasuke decided not to kill him and go his brothers way. Also ill just say Kakashi is a jonin and is pretty legendary among them.

Sasuke and Naruto both could have had the finishing blow. Sasuke could have pierced Naruto's chest but he chose not to and clenched his fist. Naruto could have done more damage to Sasuke but he chose to scratch Sasuke's headband because Sasuke said he wouldn't be able to put a scratch on it. I think you guys should have included the latter half of episode 220 in this reaction because that's all you really need to see. Most of it will be weird to watch without context because it'll include bits of the preceding filler arc

Do you remember how 107 was a bit weird in how they split a hospital scene up, and put filler in the middle? (Sasuke originally challenges Naruto right after waking from his Itachi-induced coma in the manga without getting up and then randomly getting downed in a filler in-between) They do that shit again right here. For the second half of the hospital scene from 135, watch the last few minutes of 141. Then it's just straight on to the last minutes of 220, and then on to Shippuuden for you guys! =)

Keep in mind guys Naruto and sasuke are genin, so they’re like the strongest in their rank. However they are not stronger than jonin. Kakashi for example. Naruto and sasuke don’t have enough experience or weapons in their arsenal to beat kakashi. If kakashi really wanted to hurt them, he could, but they’re his students. So all he cares about is their safety. Also, yeah there are characters much much stronger and more worry some than gaara, kakashi, orochimaru, and itachi.

u need to look at sasukes hand when he hits naruto with the chidori he makes a fist so it doesnt pierce his heart chidori is a piercing techniche so he made up his mind not to kill him like his brother said and he only won the exchange cause the rotation of the rasengan if u look realy closlely most people dont see it need to watch realy carefully to spot it

I was surprised these past few episodes they didn’t say anything about when Sasuke’s Sharigan evolved to a complete one (when the 3rd Tomoe appeared) hopefully they didn’t miss that. That’s when even Naruto base 9 tail form he kept saying “I can see”. They never really talked about it hopefully they just realized it. Ron or Michelle if you see this comment did you notice when Sasuke Sharigan became a completed one 3 episodes back from this I believe.

When they showed them as kids doing what’s called the Unison Sign that did happen. At the academy before students would challenge each other to a 1v1 they have to do that before fighting. It is symbolic though.

Sasuke and Naruto are no match for Kakashi at this point. Kakashi is no match for Orochimaru at this point. Orochimaru is no match for Itachi at this point. Point being, Naruto and Sasuke are strong compared to the genin and chunin but not the elites of the shinobi world.

No one thought that Naruto was dead. It's still an extremely emotional moment watching those two fight each other symbolizing the broken bond between two orphans. Naruto wants so badly for sasuke to be by his side and sasuke losing the one genuine connection that he had with someone. Seeing Kakashe devastated while carrying little boy Naruto is so heartbreaking

Sasuke let Naruto live after the final chidori/rasengan clash. It's why he was standing over him for so long. and why when he fell he just kept staring at an unconscious naruto. That would have been the moment to kill naruto and get the M Sharingan.

I think he really was going for the kill, but then that moment happened with em holding hands, and Sasuke sat there for several minutes over naruto's body deciding, and ultimately decided to not kill him.

That scene at the hospital with Sakura standing at the door hesitant to go in as she ease drops Naruto and Shikamarus convo 😂. If it werent for Lady Tsunade, Sakura wouldve walked out that hospital and left Naruto lying there on his own.

It is 100%, No questions asked, certain that sasuke purposefully did not kill naruto on purpose. That was literally the whole point of why he said he would obtain power in his own way. He wanted to kill Naruto, but in the end he could not do it when he was standing over naruto while he was unconsious. This was an extremely important moment in the show, and also a moment for sasukes character development. He Will walk his own path, ND not get controlled by his Brother
