To put in simple terms, the evangelist are trying to find people/children who are compatible with the 'pilot light' and will not turn into infernals when the bug forces them to turn into infernals. The bug was also attracted to Shinra's flames, the Adolla Burst. Lieutenant Rekka(star-eyes guy) said Shinra is the 3rd person the Evangelist is searching for. He had been lighting pilot lights in children in search of someone compatible and he also found Shinra who they are searching for. Meaning, 'pilot light' compatible candidates=Adolla Burst. People they are looking for.

Don’t forget amaterasu is the black flames that itachi can make. It’s origin comes from a Japanese epic and Amaterasu was a Sun Goddess. Ik this is not naruto but you’ll see the name amaterasu come up in ALOT of anime’s. The crow guy from MHA I forgot if that’s his name or if it’s a ability of black shadow. I was never really into MHA but after MVA I liked it so much more.

When it comes to fan service I think that Tamaki (Lewd Cat Girl) is an exception. I feel like a lot of people don't like the character because of all of those out of pocket moments (Her 'Lucky Lecher' ability that's not really an ability?) because unlike most fan service, its so forced and cringe, but that's also kinda the joke so idk Normally fan service is a quick nod or a second too long a focus on some goods but this is overkill to the highest degree and whether or not that is funny is sorta up to the individual.
