Whenever kuroo and daichi have their little beef battles i think of gojo vs rengoku and if they ever had petty beef thats probably exactly how it would go; immense respect for one another but neither willing to back down.

I don’t think people give Hinata enough credit considering the fact that he basically started from nothing. Had to form his own team in middle school. Had to find players himself. Even when he did, no one would practice with him so he had to practice a team sport all on his own. And now that he’s in the big leagues everyone around him had experiences that led to them developing strong foundations in volleyball. Hinata leit did not have those opportunities so it makes sense that he’s behind on the basics. Even with all that, it’s like no one fully acknowledges his struggle, hard work, and achievements. They’re always downplayed when it comes to hinata from other characters in the show.

Yeah, so the reason why I said that my fav episode of this season is 12 was because of Kurai Hoshiumi aka "tiny giant incarnate" then Hinata Shoyo is flabbergasted at how amazing this dude actually is ahah

And we have another animal mascot for a team. Kamomedai is the name of the school the little guy from the Youth Japan camp goes to, and "Kamome" means Seagull :p

I hope neko loses the match before facing karu then after the nationals conclude the two schools have a match together as a celebration of making it to nationals and to actually have a garbage dump match. Thought that would be a cool plot path.

All of the teams in haikyuu are named after animals and they usually make at last one person(usually the best on the team) look like that animal. Bokuto looks like and owl, sakusa looks like a weasel, and hoshiumi looks like a seagul.
