You guys are misunderstanding the relationship between Class A and B. They are equals, we just are watching Deku's story and he's in Class A. If you remember the Big 3 Mirio was in Class A and both Tamajiki and Nejire were in Class B. If it's supposed to be the best quirks, do you really think Invisible Girl would be in Class A? The writer doesn't even know how to bring her into stuff most of the time.
