Kite Never got eaten by the queen he was a used as a puppet by Petou. The episode prior Ging tells Gon that Kite has a weapon that rolls when he's adamant on not dying, so he didn't reincarnate the way we assumed from being eaten but rather soul transferring to the body of the girl that the Koala Ant killed. Which would make sense to the start of this episode where the Koala Ant talks about the power of the soul. (Hope this Makes Sense)
