lmmfao at yall trying to figure out clans. just so yall know, and this is established with what yall have seen so far. 1st hokage is the long dark haired guy in red armor. his younger brother had white hair and a fur coat thing. you saw him in the battle with orichimaru vs 3rd hokage. the third hokage family name is sarutobi. not necessarily related to the senju. 4th hokage I don't think has revealed his last name or not... but you may or may not be able to draw a conclusion based off his son's last name(won't spoil that). tsunade the 5th is the granddaughter of the 1st hokage but I don't think the show has actually said her last name. as for clans like the Huuga and the Uchiha I think like all communities you can tell who marries their cousins more often than other by certain genetic traits being carried down lines. not saying they didn't marry outside the family I'm sure they did a little ... but yeah... alot of byakugans and sharingans and they all look alike lol

What they explained was not that Hashirama and Madara started the cycle of hatred but that the sons of the sage of the six paths (who's names haven't been revealed to you yet) were the ones who started it. The sage of six paths and his sons existed at the very beginning of the shinobi world, so thousands of years ago. It's farrrrrr descendants, the senju and the uchiha have hundreds of generations of people that have branched off into other clans over the thousands of years. Naruto represents the Senju side and Sasuke represents the uchiha as they are both long descendants of each clan

FWIW clan bloodlines usually work by giving away their women to other clans, and the male bloodline remains intact. So an uchiha woman could marry someone else, but they become a member of that clan. any external clan member that marries an uchiha becomes part of the uchiha clan

He’s just a “descendant” or he might just be a representation of what the first hokage believed and stood for. Plus this show has a lot of inconsistencies so try not to make everything make sense.

Naruto int related to the senju because in the episode he explains how it it's focused around the different clans but the truth is around the beliefs as he says the uchiha have hatred and the senju have the will of fire, meaning the will of fire have reincarnated into naruto and hatred developed into sasuke.

Madara didn't say Naruto is related to the Senju, just that he has the same Will of Fire as the First Hokage, don't read too much into it. Also a clan is a big family tree -basically immediate, extended, and very distant family is all in one clan. So for example, Sasuke had his mom dad and brother, then uncles, aunts, cousins, distant cousins, etc. all in the Uchiha clan.

What Naruto inherits from the first hokage is the “will of fire”, which passed down generation by generation. Naruto fully understood it when the third hokage died. The “will of fire” is passed down not through the bloodline, but through the village ( master and student). First hokage -> third hokage -> jiraya-> fourth hokage->kakashi-> Naruto. Even Itachin said the Uchiha cares about the “clan” too much. And Itachi chose to inherit the “will of fire” from the village instead of the Uchiha curse through the bloodline. That’s what makes him a real hero to the village

It’s not necessarily that the older brother’s descendants are seeking for revenge on the younger brother’s descendants. It’s more of a conflict of views towards the world. Sasuke uses hate to see the world while Naruto uses love. Also the descendants part, it’s hard to say that Naruto is the descendants/related to Senju Clan because they could be destined relatives or something. But they just mentioned that Naruto carries the Will of Fire from the First Hokage.

Sasuke's Amaterasu manipulation in this episode is a good point of discussion too Itachi was never shown to be able to use shape manipulation on the black flames. Shee states this in this episode too. Likewise, Sasuke hasn't been shown to be able to manipulate Tsukiyomi to Itachi's level (I'm referring to making 1 second seem like 3 days). Back in the day, there was a popular theory that this was because they each specialized in those style of jutsus. Itachi was an all-arounder but he very highly specialized in genjutsu. That's why his Tsukiyomi was so well controlled. Similarly, Sasuke's specialty was always his ninjutsu. That's why he has such good control over Amaterasu

The first Hokage was Hashirama Senju, and the second Hokage was his younger brother Tobirama Senju. You only saw him once in OG Naruto when Orochimaru attacked Konoha during the Chunin Exams. He briefly resurrected the souls of the first and second Hokage with a forbidden jutsu and then the third Hokage had to fight against them both.

Each individual Mangekyo eye has a different ability. Itachi had Tsukuyomi (the op genjutsu thing) in his left and Amaterasu in his right. Sasuke has Amaterasu in his left and Kagetsuchi (the ability to reshape Amaterasu) in his right. Sasuke never had Tsukuyomi, he just uses regular Sharingan genjutsu. Susanoo seems to be consistently a 3rd ability if the Uchiha user has 2 Mangekyo eyes.

I don't remember all the blood relations perfectly, so I just took the whole "I see Senju's Will of Fire in you" to be more of a passing of the torch kind of thing. That while the Uchiha are born in blood, the Senju have made an entire village their children. The Third Hokage talked a lot about the Will of Fire and taught it to the kids in the academy, too.

I think you guys got impatient with Sasuke because you couldn't see from his point of view. As a viewer, you guys know more than Sasuke how shitty and inconvenient Danzo is for the goodness of this world, and thus want him to just be gotten rid of quickly, like the swatting of a horrid fly or a mosquito, so that the world (your perception of it) can be at peace again. But for Sasuke, Danzo is the object of his vengeance. Killing him swiftly like swatting a fly, like he did the NPC samurai that came before, is the last thing that he would do. Also for episode 203, Tobi said that the Senju clan's Will of Fire was passed down and he could see it in Naruto, no bloodline involved.
