Been wanting to do a bit more world-building in the tribal timeline, and finally got a chance to work on introducing one of the other tribes that were around during the events of WOA. The Owakagana are a tribe of (primarily) raccoons that reside in the woodlands that would one day become the bustling city of Port Elora. Looks like someone may have been caught in a less than innocent situation... We may see more of these characters in the future, should I have the time to explore them more.
