Eleanor's quest is bugged. Her todo list is blank, and clicking on her apartment just reloads the map.

Thanks! Found the bug and fixed it! A fixed V0.05 and a hotfix for the "old" V0.05 is online. Kobe's quest caused that bug. Please start from a save file prior finishing Kobes quest!

There should a way to reset your abilities, I've noticed there isn't anything in game for Visceral but there is for the other two.

I didn't manage to reset, what I'm saying is there should be an option in the game.

An option like that isn't planed. Redistributing skill points each time as needed would make the whole skill system obsolete.

"Mind Points" are a new resource that unlocks after you finish Ava's quest "Adventure Minds" and upgrade your power to be able to subdue people. This will happen in V0.06. This content is not in V0.05.
