Hi all! 

Here is this month's meditation practice. Loving-Kindness is a CORE practice for anyone interested in compassion and compassion-focussed meditation. This can be an especially helpful/powerful practice for those of us who struggle to offer ourselves true well-wishes and goodwill. Those of us who easily feel compassion for others, but are not sure where to start when it comes to turning that same kindness on ourselves. I love you guys. Enjoy <3
