Hi all! 

This month's meditation practice continues along our theme of Confidence. We will begin by tuning into the breath, our constant anchor to the present moment. 

We then move on to remember a time that we did feel confident or secure, and we reflect on the positive qualities that we embodied in order to get to that place. 

Reminding ourselves throughout that no one is perfect, and no one embodies positive qualities and confidence 100% of the time. I hope you enjoy, and I hope you find courage where you need it most.
