Hi all! I'm happy to be sharing this month's guided meditation download with you all. In line with this month's Compassion Revolution theme, I thought I'd create something a little bit different. 

This time around, I'm inviting you to get outside. Find a quiet space where you can walk, like a park or a quiet street, and begin practicing there. This is a form of walking meditation. 

In this meditation, we are going to explore the full sensations of walking, and savour the full experience of being outdoors. I hope you enjoy!
