Hi all! 

It's that time of the month again - time for your new meditation practice! This month's theme (mirroring that of the Compassion Revolution's monthly theme) is GRATITUDE. 

Practicing gratitude allows us to stop taking the good things in life for granted. It allows what we have in life to be ENOUGH in life. Gratitude allows us to savour, and appreciate. Not to mention it tends to bring on a whole host of positive feelings! 

So get comfy, and together let's get grateful.
