Hey all! 

Today I'd like to share a practice with you that's a bit more specific. Rather than a general mindfulness or compassion practice, today's sit is for those days that are just not going our way. Maybe those days where we just don't feel like ourselves.  

Full disclosure - I'm having a bad day. I'm feeling overwhelmed and flooded with the amount of things on my metaphorical plate. When I'm feeling this way, this is the sort of practice that I do to recenter and refocus. So I thought, why not share it with you? 

This month, I invite you into my personal practice. Hopefully it will help you like it does me! I love you guys!
