Hi everyone! 

We've been working quite a lot with compassion in the monthly practices so far, so this month I wanted to go back to basics in a way. 

This month's practice is all about observing your current experience. What is happening NOW. We are practicing... MINDFULNESS! :) We start small, by tuning into the breath, and then expand outwards until our entire experience is encompassed within our attention.

I think this is my favorite one for me it's hard to just be and this really works for me to just be in the moment to be mindful I think I'll be doing this every night to help ease my brain to sleep so I don't get so lost in all the things that are beyond the present moment. Thank you for being so amazing Alayna I love you and you have no idea how much I mean that because you have no clue how much you have brightened my life!
