I've been working to exhaustion for a year due to mandatory overtime and under-staffing at my job. I know there are other jobs, but it's hard to throw away the health insurance and pension. It's extremely stressful and really bad for my quality of life. I'm working on a career shift but I've been tired and slow with going back to school. I'm burned out. Work sucks.

Well have to listen to get contex to respond fellow IT person, and heh nice. I liked raised voice, you surely made progress on your voice acting skills ❤️ I heard same thing, but way more brutal and that's get of computer or I throw it out of window (I don't get threaths now, because my newest one was pretty expensive, I know mastermind move 😄) I'am happy that you deliver this topic and it is difficult one. I think more then ever before people are chasing their career, which is not bad thing, but from my experiences, how companies plan theirs moves and overworking theirs employes is getting generally to very dangerous levels. I hope people are going to bring this topic more up, so mayby something is going to change in future. I know companies are here to make money, but they should understand that people want to have some life on their own. But ye, people working behind computher are going to spend a lot of time on it and I can say from position of programmer there is so much stuff to learn. Now from perspective of amateur game-developer, there is even more stuff to learn, heck doing everything at games that's like 4 times more, because you can easily fit 4 different fields into it 😄
