Doug Benson is just like if a normal boring not funny guy smoked weed he doesn't represent stoner comedy. Chapelle and Katt Williams are better examples of stoner comedy: in their classic specials there's a bunch of great stoner jokes. I'm with Scott on this smoking weed is definitely funnier and wackier alcohol just makes you ranty and uninhibited but not necessarily that creative or interesting.

Lots of reasons to expect major CIA operations in Romania. For one thing Romania is a key staging ground for NATO supply, training and surveillance missions in Ukraine. No way of knowing if Andrew Tate is involved in any way - almost certainly not, probably wouldn't be in jail if he was - but, sure, it's theoretically possible.
