I really appreciated Sean chiming in with the toxoplasmosis effect of causing rodents to lose their innate fear of cat piss. As a former 10 year veteran municipal rodent exterminator for the philly health dept, people were always fascinated by that factoid. also, at least once a week a client would tell me that “mice have no bones.” i swear to god. hundreds and hundreds of times people insisted on it. i’d say “yeah you should seal that up because a mouse can fit through a gap the width of a dime” and they’d chime in “its cause they got no bones!” lol
