You raised a thumb; you were hoping for a ride back to town to make things easier and faster. The car slowed to a stop. Bad scenarios entered your mind as the window slowly rolled down. Maybe you should've walked instead.

A woman with long, black, wavy hair and striking blue eyes smiled at you. She looked straight out of a vintage film. You were in awe. She looked so elegant in her yellow summer dress.

"Hop in, dear," She said in a sweet voice.

You hopped in as if it were the only right thing to do. The cold air conditioning blasted in your face as 1950s music filled the air. She turned the volume of the radio down.

"Thank you," You said, "I just need a quick ride to New Helios Town."

The woman glanced at the rearview mirror. "You're in luck. I live there. How come you're all the way here?"
