The Sublo and Tangy Mustard retrospective screening at Animation Block Party went great! At BAM Cinemas on Saturday, we screened a selection of episodes, some previously-unseen bonus footage and did a live Q&A. The turnout was better than any of us expected, to the point where they had to move us into the bigger theater to fit everybody.  I'm so grateful to everybody who came, and to Mike Hollingsworth for moderating the panel and ABP founder Casey Safron for making this thing happen!

The whole weekend was a surreal blur in the best way. We visited the Met Museum, Little Island, two Book Offs (Kevin was losing his mind in both of them and I got a Lupin the Third Part 1 soundtrack), Ryan did stand-up, I drew in the comedy/cartooning live show Picture This, consumed a lot of delicious food and drinks, and in general we scurried all over the city like filthy NYC rats. It was fun getting to see some of my indie animator pals like Hannah Daigle, Jonni Phillips, Sarah Schmidt, Rachel Merrill and others, as well as meeting a bunch of awesome Sublo fans in-person (some of these wonderful folks support this Patreon, hi!)

We filmed most of the Q&A and I'll post it on here as soon as possible, as well as the new bonus footage (which was largely shot by Felicity Morland for her upcoming Hand-Drawn documentary). But for now, here are some pics from the weekend.
