Below is a DropBox link to 33 images that show the Hero Me DD setup. This example is with the Slice Copperhead & Bondtech LGX extruder with a 4020 fan. Your setup is likely different from this, but the steps to assemble are all basically the same. The images cover overviews, exploded views, assembly views, & completed views. The only thing not shown in these images is the insertion of the threaded inserts into the Base, Gantry Adapter, Gantry Clip, and hotend Collar. This is an example of the rendered steps that are in the revised documentation I am working on.  LINK FIXED: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6x66g1572l78g78/Hero%20Me%20Gen6%20Copperhead-LGX.zip?dl=0

Good morning. I have a question. I was wondering if there is a combination for the printermods.com direct drive back plate, BMG extruder, and E3D REVO Micro hotend? Right now I did the print the REVO Micro base for the stock plate. But I am wondering if there is a mount for that setup with the PM plate because that is what I have on there now. thank you .

Andrew Soderberg

The REVO Micro is relatively new and I have only made a few Hero Me DD Bases for that hotend so far. I have not created a Hero Me DD Base suitable for the PrinterMods V1.3 X carriage as the Hero Me DD Bases are integrated. The PrinterMods MDD kit was designed to support extruders that mounted separately. I do have a Hero Me DD Base for the REVO Micro and the Bondtech BMG, but it is suitable for the stock X carriage of an Ender series or CR-10 series printer (or clone). HMG6 DD Base E3D Revo Micro - Bondtech BMG Reverse.stl If you want one for the PrinterMods X carriage, I will add that to my to-do list.

I am using this build with Revo Six, BMG DD, and 1 5015 fan. Is there any mod to add in a LED bar or must I use the dual fan mounts to get that?

Andrew Soderberg

For a single 5015 duct, some people have glued the LED strip to the back side of the part cooling fan duct as it passes in front of the hotend.
