A curious list indeed, what a bonkers year for games. I was surprised that Wo Long wasn't mentioned, Team Ninja's been on a heater for years now in my opinion. I would like to bring that Aliens: Dark Descent game to your attention. It's a weird one but quite compelling. Visually similar I think to Syndicate (1993) but functions like a survival horror game with semi-real time tactical, squad-based action-ness. I took a couple missions for it to click with me, but once it did, I was hooked on it. Thank You (sound effect).

It breaks my heart that Gravity Circuit was so overlooked by everyone. It's the best Mega Man game in decades.
