I get where you are coming from with "down to the wire". I don't think that was intended with the title, but I agree with you that I think it still applies. Pretty cool, never thought about it like that before. :) Also, Brother Mouzone dresses the way he does because he is a member of the Nation of Islam which is a black nationalist religious/political movement. They are known for having a very strict dress code and the men only wear suits with ties/bowties. That is why Cheese said "You must be with the Nation" and made fun of his clothing. It's more just about his beliefs in being proper/empowered than it is about being trusted by police, but I'm sure there's some unintentional overlap between the two though. I think his confidence for doing it in broad daylight just speaks to how much muscle he brings to the street lol. Last thing: I think in your last video you were thinking he may have been Avon's brother or something like that, but "brother" is just a nickname he got for his religious/black power beliefs.
