Divinity Bullshittery - Update #2 - Draft version (Patreon)
Content
Good evening everybody. Hope you're all doing well this week.
Over the course of two weeks I've been able to cut together a Divinity bullshittery. And have also perform some quality assurance (mostly audio) to bring it into a watchable state. I've intentionally skip the middle part, for the moment. It has no text and animations. Yet at least.
For those not following previous posts - this is because of a lack of confidence in the editing style of the prior Divinities. I feel I strayed too far from the comedy and too deeply into the narrative. Depriving them of the necessary comedic energy.
Therefore what I've tried to do is course correct back to assorted gags, maintaining critical narrative only. Things that concern the main plot and absolutely need to be setup. With only minor attention paid to side quests unless they have something specifically funny.
++EXTREME SPOILERS AHEAD+++
What I'd like to do now is present that draft cut to you. This is the bullshittery video in its near final configuration. Just before I export each clip into Adobe After Effects top add captions. I invite you to watch it and tell me your thoughts. I'm looking for feedback.

The question I have is: Do you think this edit is worthy of the channel?
It'll be about 26 minutes long and Divinity is unusually difficult to keyframe, with a relatively large amount of manual tracking (automation struggles out of NPC conversations). That's at least 26 days of fairly intensive keyframing.
It would be a real bummer to complete that, polish it, deliver it, only to discover that the underlying cut was a bit meh in the first place. That time could have been better spent delivering something else. Hence why I'm asking for eyeballs and thoughts now.
I personally think it's pretty good. The 2 weeks of pre-production helping to return my confidence in the available highlights. But additional feedback would be more than appreciated.
I could do a simple poll. But I feel that's a little too binary. Instead I invite you to place your comments insofar as whether you think I should continue with it. Be it here, beneath the video, Patreon's messaging system. Or you're welcome to email me at sovietwomble@gmail.com. Whilst I can't respond to all emails, I promise that I do read all of them.
Should I decide to continue, then the process of keyframing it should be relatively straight forward. By frontloading the primary and secondary cutting it would be a case of working on X number of clips per day. With a final deliverable at some point in early January. I should even be able to provide fairly accurate estimates. Since I know precisely how many scenes there are.
