Good evening patrons. It's the end of editing day 11 on the latest bullshittery and I can say that the pre-production work is complete. I'm sorry it took so long.

It was similar to Pavlov in many ways. In that I had vagueish notes of where the highlight moments were in the various streams, but had to pull them out and arrange them properly in nested timelines in order to figure out what there was to use. Each project has a sort of "master" Adobe Premiere project file, within which everything is saved and properly organised. The masters for CSGO and Arma are very well developed, for example. But Rising Storm: Vietnam's needed to be made from scratch, which has just been completed.

There were however about 6 streams (roughly 13 hours of footage) that I was completely unable to link up to any notes, unfortunately. I must have lost them. There are likely highlights in there somewhere, but they will need to wait for another time. I can't justify spending more time on the pre-production. This video has to get done. They can be saved and placed to one side. They're not going anywhere.

The good news is that there are 183 usable clips in this master project. So 5 to 6 Rising Storm bullshitteries, if you so desired them. Let me finish the first one and then you can tell me what you think. The proof will be in the pudding.

I've already made a start assembling part 1. There's so much I want to squeeze in, but much of it will need to wait until later episodes. Having so recently done the pre-production I have it all fresh in my mind, so I know exactly how I'm going to start and stop each episode. Having earmarked many clips as "openers" and "closers". Along with tags for follow up jokes, setup in prior episodes.

I imagine by tomorrow I'll have a barebones video structure from start to finish and will get cracking on with the subtitles, animations, etc. This process normally takes me 1 week for every 5 minutes. So I reckon this'll be finished around new years day ish? I'll have it to you as soon as I'm able.

There'll be more updates before Christmas, but even still I hope you have a lovely one!
