So this morning I was going through the footage that I have on my hard drives, trying to determine what might make a good bullshittery. And I came across this gem.

Mount & Blade is this first/third person adventure/exploration/fighting game that I played in the middle of last year. And I remember that it was... profoundly silly!

I remember finding myself in a town after the tutorial being attacked by an angry ginger man. I remember tagging along for a siege battle and having no idea what was going on. I remember entering a jousting contest and making a fool of myself infront of the lords and ladies of the court. And I remember losing several fights and getting my arse captured and carted around the map, before set free due to not being worth killing.

I was thinking of having a browse through the footage to see if there's sufficient content here to be edited down into a bullshittery. So what I'd like to do is spend 2-3 days in a "discovery" phase - cutting out the bits I don't need in order to determine if what's left is sufficiently funny.

Alas, I'm afraid it's too early to make specific promises. This is just something I need to do with some games in order to find out if the content I have is funny enough to be worth editing.

So fingers crossed it works out and I'll get back to you soon :)

The Doc loves this game and will certainly bust a load into a can of alphagetti's if this video is created. Recommended for all patients suffering from Polio, Dr. Chueng approved.

Brilliant I hope this makes it as a Bullshittery the game is bat shit crazy, I was specifically victimised and subsequently horrifically team killed by about 5 guys because my characters moustache looked "French and decidedly cowardly". The only game that tops it for weirdness currently is Holdfast.

Dr. Chueng is a certified Doctor and has never, EVER, been arrested for possesion of drugs, sexual assualt on a minor, first degree murder, and the armenian genocide. Yes Dr. Cheung does refer to himself in the third person, so that the lesser humans can learn to know and fear the name of Dr. Cheung. Also whats your opinion on Black Mirror, I thought this season was pretty good and all but I felt like it was lacking something. Dr. Cheung approved.

How good is the game? It worth buying?

The Ferret

Definitely fun ideas and let's see what happens.

Not gonna lie I LOVE THIS GAME! I own all of the M&Bs and I just love the great battles and the themes! I have almost as much hours in Warband alone as Skyrim and Arma 3 combined! Its my most played game. Hell... I am reinstall this game. I am a bit ashamed though, that my ex and I used to weirdly "get in the mood" when hearing the music of this. I think we shagged once when one of our computers were playing this and the volume turned up and we couldnt stop getting in the mood afterwards... hmmmmm that last part may have been over share, but hey maybe you find it funny like me!

Cant wait to see some Bullshittery on this M & B from Womble.

To be fair, even if it's a shorter bullshittery, I don't see a problem with that. Hell, I'd almost welcome it. Videos like Soldat and Fishing Planet are sometimes my goto purely because they're short and I want to get some funnies in before class or work without devoting a full 15 minutes. Nothing wrong with the longer videos, but the short ones are cool too :)

SovietWomble

Not sure. It's a bit...clunky. And to be honest it got a little samey. But it's certainly steam deal worthy!

I love this game and have spent a ridiculous amount of time in it.. yes it's janky but the detail is incredible and one playthrough can go for a long time. Modding is almost a must at the moment, Floris is my favourite for the traditional Warband experience, but there's also great LoTR and Warhammer mods.

Hello there. My first comment on any of these posts. I can't recommend M&B enough. Especially Mount & Blade Warband which is essentially MB but with a working multiplayer for Battles, Sieges, Capture the Flag etc. The Amount of Bulshittery possible there is just enormous. Sadly not many people are active in the community anymore. For a working Battle you'd probalby need like 10 people per side to fill atleast some part of the (quite large) maps.

Personally as a fan I would 100% be behind a M&B bullshittery, and even if you don't have enough footage I would encourage you to play more of it (with or without mods). It's such a fun game with lots of possibilities and I would really enjoy seeing you play through and try to conquer Calradia!!

2022-12-31 05:47:05 The M & B streams were must watch. I think them and Rimworld I watched all the vods in full. I'm sure there is at least a good 10 minutes of content even if it takes some filler of making fun of the victory Yarrrrrs! :)

2022-12-31 05:47:05 Just a quick update: Since this post got me interested in M&B again (still need to round it up to 3000 hours :D) i checked on the mod that i played the most. It's called cRPG and adds consistent Character development to the multiplayer. And who would have thought, there are still people online playing it. Atleast today (Sundays around 1pm) there are around 60 people online on 3 to 4 differtent servers. If any of you are interested and you can grab a friend or two i can recommend cRPG above all else. Check it out here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/crpg and here (Forums): http://forum.melee.org/
