Good evening Patrons. Another week, another update.

The third week of editing ends on Random We Were Here Bullshittery - a two player cooperative puzzle game that Cyanide and I streamed back in May of this year. The video is approximately 20 minutes long. And editing is complete up to the 13 minute mark

Most bullshitteries are around 10 minutes in duration. So usually at this point I'd be in the quality-assurance phase: Fixing errors, tidying up animations and generally polishing it as much as possible. But the principle challenge here is the video length. The playthrough has a distinct beginning - middle - end, meaning you can't really set an arbitrary end point for the video. And there's also a risk of *over-tightening* the cuts if I try to keep the length down. 20 minutes seems sufficient.

Thankfully there are no major problems/complications to mention in the editing. No real blockers that need to be worked around. Just a lot of cutting/tightening to make the stream follow properly from puzzle to puzzle.

*Edit* - Oh, also it's worth mentioning that one of the puzzles is this Chess game where one person is in a snowy courtyard and the other is inside. It was by far the most complicated scene to edit, consuming four days of time. The distinctly different ambient sounds (loud wind vs a film roller clicking) meant that the audio had to be cut twice to make the speakers position convincing. So while not an editing complication, there are parts of the video that are...fiddly.

At the current rate, I expect to have 20 minutes edited by the end of week 4, at which point it'll be full on quality-assurance to have it ready as soon as I can. Sorry for taking so long.

Hope you have a lovely weekend.
