Focused more on events where the pain was just too much to handle and left big scars. But it will also work on minor events, to change how you experienced them and what you learned from them.

(but without erasing any past knowledge)

Think of it as an alchemy of realities, the past experiences will feel like something you experienced in a dream, you have the knowledge but it hits differently. It doesn't affect you as much.

As for effects, you can expect some general lightness, passive releases of past struggles, less cynism and an increased desire to live and do things (and much more, I just wrote what came to mind). The experiences should be a bit subjective but following this line.

The image also contains the energy of the programming.

Also contains some Revati blessings.

Start slow on the first few days.

I can do more Higher Self Revision series if the interest is high enough (they are a bit challenging to do)

i have many premium fields that work on this topic , this field beats them all thank you from my heart

I felt energy move between my heart and throat chakra! Wow! I don't know what it was but it was nice, maybe a release! Would you recommend listening during the night while I sleep? Also any other audio. Is it true that they work better while sleeping because the subconscious is more receptive?

Hi PU! Just an idea: a mandala to help embody the HS — or perhaps mandalas for the other HS connection fields and thank you for the work you do either way! Also, is the mandala appropriate to be worn all day?

Wow, you weren't kidding about starting slow. Had used the mandala for 1 hour prior to sleep. It was intense. But yes, Thank you! Also, I've got another idea: HS Revision of Work/Job (attitude, work-life balance, incidents, view about work/job, motivations, etc.)

Thank you! It's rare to find a field specifically for emotional pain. Would you consider a field for ridicule and embarrassment? Their effects seem to be deeply ingrained, affecting e.g. behaviour, self image, self respect.
