Edema and water retention refer to the accumulation of excessive fluid in the body's tissues, which can cause swelling and puffiness. This condition can occur in various parts of the body, including the legs, arms, face, and abdomen. Edema can be caused by a variety of factors, such as heart, kidney, or liver disease, pregnancy, prolonged standing or sitting, certain medications, or an underlying condition that affects the body's ability to regulate fluid balance.

One of the primary ways the body removes excess fluid from the tissues is through the lymphatic system. This network of vessels and nodes helps to drain excess fluid, proteins, and other substances from the interstitial spaces (spaces between cells) and return them to the bloodstream for eventual excretion by the kidneys. However, if the lymphatic system is impaired or overloaded, it can lead to fluid buildup in the tissues, resulting in edema.

The kidneys also play a crucial role in maintaining fluid balance by filtering the blood and excreting excess water, salts, and waste products in the form of urine. If the kidneys are not functioning properly, they may not be able to effectively remove excess fluid from the body, leading to water retention and edema. Hormones like aldosterone and antidiuretic hormone (ADH) regulate sodium and water balance, and imbalances in these hormones can contribute to fluid retention.

There is also brain edema, which refers to the accumulation of excessive fluid in the brain tissues or the intracranial spaces, leading to increased pressure within the skull. This condition can be life-threatening and requires prompt medical attention. Brain edema can occur due to various reasons, including head trauma, stroke, brain tumors, infections, or other neurological conditions.

In brain edema, the excess fluid can accumulate in different locations, such as the brain cells themselves (cytotoxic edema), the extracellular spaces (vasogenic edema), or the ventricles (obstructive hydrocephalus). As the brain is confined within the rigid skull, any increase in volume due to fluid buildup can lead to a significant rise in intracranial pressure, which can compress and damage delicate brain tissues.

Listening to this audio every day (about 3 times in a row is enough) will help you with any water retention conditions you might be facing. Use it more than 3 times if it's really serious. I wish you good luck in your treatment.

Golden

This is something that can sneak up on a person over years as it did with me. From concussion several years ago, followed by two other bad falls both affected my kidneys, and double shingles that affected the brain this past year, are I believe, the root cause of now early stage kidney disease and signs of Edema this past year. Already just two days into using this field Edema is less, my lymphatic system is working better, and my brain feels brighter. I can’t thank you enough for the positive impact your fields are having on my health and well being. 🙏🦋🌴
