Our favorite mixologist Ben (Seb) has made some signature cocktails inspired by our Bottom's Up friends! Let us know if you make one!

Seb-groni

Boozy and a little rough around the edges. Tastes a little botanical, as any druid inspired drink should. Not for everyone.

  • 1.5 Oz. Gin
  • 1.5 Oz. Lillet Rose
  • 0.5 Oz. Suze
    • Mix in a rocks glass, serve with plenty of ice and a twist of lemon zest.
    • Sip on this drink, it will make the anxiety of your failing small business melt away.

Regal Chalice Punch

Sweet and light, punchy and sophisticated. A drink fit for a self proclaimed “Woman of the People”.

  • 2 Oz. Gin
  • 1 Oz. Aperol
  • 1 Oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Splash of Fernet Branca (Very Little, Be Careful!)
    • Shake with ice and pour into a tumbler with ice.
    • Top with Pineapple Kombucha (3ish Oz.) and a little paper umbrella.
    • Drink two of these and you will feel illiterate, just like Chalice.

Wet Beef Water

There is no meat in this cocktail, please don’t drink actual wet beef. This one is party fuel. It is short and sweet, just like its namesake.

  • 2 Oz. Cherry Brandy (I use an excellent one from Rhine Hall Distillery in Chicago)
  • 0.75 Oz. Apple Pommeau (Again, Rhine Hall has a great one called La Normande)
  • 0.75 Oz. Sweet Vermouth
    • Stir with ice, serve up in a chilled coupe glass.
    • Garnish with a brandied cherry.
    • See, no meat in this drink. Please don’t put meat in this drink. That’s disgusting.

Local Hero - A Very Chip Cocktail

It tastes kinda like that thing where a dragon swallows you and like you cut your way out. This cocktail is loveable and light.

  • 0.5 Oz. Lime Juice
  • 1.5 Oz. Sfumato Amaro
    • Stir with ice in a rocks glass.
  • Top with lots of Lambrusco. Seriously, fill the damn glass. Have a little party for Chip.

Everything Else

This cocktail is for the Dungeon Master and Chief himself, Mr. Sean Coyle. This drink is so good, complex, and delivers on flavor and everything you wanted from it.

  • 0.5 Oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Oz. Amaro Montenegro
  • 1.5 Oz. Mezcal
  • 3-5 Dashes Angostura
    • Shake with Ice, and Serve In Rocks Glass with Fresh Ice. This drink is a nat twenty in a glass.

Bottoms up, everybody! Cheers!
