I wonder if I really missremember this game. I really liked it. I had the escact opposite experience and mental picture of Yoko Taro. Your description of him is my experience with Kojima. The "camera on ass" thing was something I didnt experience. maybe because I didnt look at that area much or I handled the camera all the time. maybe I just took it as "yeah..them japanese games, amirite". I never replayed it. I'll be replaying it with your thoughts in mind....in 10 years or so...when I have the time ;-) I am playing Replicant at the moment

My main take away from this is that, apparently, I generate a lot of heat that needs to be vented and, as such, am perfectly proportioned.
