Wow! Another fantastic OC. I really like that you do different skin tones with them.I also like the laid back pose and confident/arrogant expression. The darkness, the scar the worn Ace of Hearts, and the red sky in the background of the piece also works very well with setting the tone of her being a gambler and indulging in the dark and seedy nightlife. Also, she enjoys a drink or two. I Also see that this is a girls with short hair month. =)

I don't think Narcilia has to worry about me beating her in cards, I think I'd be far, far too distracted to focus on the game... 😯😅😻😻😻😻😻 I have to say, Dandon, I do love when you post your original characters and I do love it when they're such beautiful, seductive Dark Elves! 💜💜💜💜💜 Where to even begin with this one! Well, the scenario and background are just fantastic with the red window being so very atmospheric, the cool grey tones of her face pop so beautifully against the red and I adore how her hair, shoulders, left breast and left thigh receive a red tinted rim-light which is so very striking against the greys and purples. Narcilia's pose and expression are each so alluring too, I adore her seductive gaze and the coy way she leans her head as she lounges back amongst the cushions, luxuriantly displaying her voluptuous and magnificent body, her loose clothing allowed to fall around her, teasing her nipples and centre of her spreading thighs, leaving her cards and coins between them as if trying to make us look down there, tantalising us 😻. And of course you've managed to keep this relaxed and sensual pose looking quite dynamic with the curling and sweeping of Narcilia's hair, the asymmetry of he arms and foreshortening of her right fingers and torso, as well as with the central purple fabric as it drapes over her open pelvis. And going back to that sense of atmosphere, the way the cool shadows shroud her face, cutting across the tops of her breasts and lower planes of her thighs and hips with a warm light illuminating her cool-toned breasts and mid-section looks so alluring, both with the mysterious allure of her face in shadow, as well as how it so warmly lights up her beautiful body. The rendering and shapes are as sensational as ever, I especially like how much of her hair is kept in shadow, with a subtle shine to the darkness as lighter tones define the overlapping and sweeping strands. Narcilia's eyes are captivating too with the yellow/orange tones popping against the shadow-shrouded grey skin, with her lips looking so luscious with their dark purple tone with a striking shine to them. Her attire looks magnificent too, with the royal purple contrasting both against her skin and the warm yellowish sash across her stomach, just as that sash too contrasts with her skin. I especially love the rendering and texturing of the material and how it folds and crinkles as the loose fabrics drape across her. As an example, each purple section below her breasts collapses either inwards or outwards on either side, showing that looseness, while I really like the tightness of the sash, with the hint of her abs showing through and defined by the light and shadow. That central purple that conforms to her body as it runs over her stomach and falls down her pelvis, with folds running through it and a transition from a warmer purple to darker tones towards the bottom all look gorgeous. And the teasing with the shapes of her "lips" pushing against the material is so very tantalising. And looking back to her body, her breasts are so wonderfully accentuates as shadows and cast-shadows alike wrap over the top planes, working with the light to define their shapes, while the smooth transition from dark to light across her right breast looks so very sensual. Speaking of sensual, the teasing of her right areola as it creeps out from beneath the purple is oh-so very alluring! Another aspect that I really enjoy is how her right fore-arm and hand receive a light shining from above, while her bending fingers lay in shadow, showing those plane changes and contrasting very well. The gourd that she's holding looks fantastic too with the nicks and scratches on it's surface, as well as the dull shine to it, while I also really like the frayed edges/textures to the ace in her left hand, as well as the rim-lighting on her fingers. Her thighs are utterly sensational too with the bright tones running along the top planes of her right thigh, strongly contrasting with the shadows, while the red rim-light on her left thigh pops beautifully. The contact shadows that show her tights/stockings squeezing her thighs looks so very appealing too and I love all of the creases in her skin where her thighs connect to her hips. And lastly, looking back at the colour contrasts, the grey skin of her breasts as they're framed by the purple material, as well as the grey tones of her hips/thighs between the central sash and tights each look utterly gorgeous! I really could go on and on and on with this one, Dandon! I absolutely adore this painting, not just because of the beautiful and sexy character, but also because of the sensational lighting and use of colour to sell this seductive atmosphere. While I also enjoy the sense of story/scene to this piece as we see Narcilia laying back, making her eye-contact with us, seeming to want to distract her opponent with the placements of her cards around her lounging and sensual body and seeming to offer us a drink too. I don't know if I'm explaining what I mean properly, but it's like there's a narrative here and I love that! 😻 So truly, truly excellent work on this piece, Dandon! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 I think that this one may very well be among my favourites of yours and I do so love seeing your original characters! And I won't lie... I'm eager to see the variants for Narcilia 😉. I hope you have a wonderful Easter, Dandon! The privilege of seeing such a fantastic painting has definitely been a highlight of this weekend 💜💜💜💜💜
