Merry Christmas!! El is different from 8. The difference between them is El has killed because she is protecting herself & her friends. 8 chooses to go out and hunt down the ppl involved with the lab and kill them with no mercy. El is a Superhero & 8 is vengeful. Can’t wait you are almost done with the season!

8 was trying to guide El with hate and anger and she needs friendship and love lol. I was also not vibing with 8 and her friends. El is still learning so in the beginning she may have agreed with her but she quickly learned that she isn’t cool with what they do. Great reaction as always. Happy Holidays guys 💝

The biggest key for me with this episode was the word "home". It was said about 3 or 4 times and realises where her real home is.

Also 100% agree with Shoshana, El has only killed when under serious threat or trauma. She's still young and it didn't take a lot for her to realise their approach to life was misguided.

I think Shoshanna is 100 percent correct. You have to be very careful who you surround yourself with. If Mike hopper etc etc were with her she would never murder in cold blood unless for defense. The path 8 is going down is destined for vileness. It'll start with revenge and before you know it your a criminal. I don't think you have a right to steal and murder just because your an "outcast" with a bad childhood.

I think El shows more maturity than 8 to be honest. She will continue the cycle of hate, killing fathers of children that don't understand why and grow up with hate in their hearts too. I find her quite manipulative even if her intentions are good with El. I didn't like the writing at all in this episode. "Let's have the cashier call them freaks and point a gun so that it's justified for El to hurt him" such bland writing
