S&V got quite a bit right here....such a great episode, with so many fantastic details...one of the greatest 'story through showing, not telling' is when Wanda visits SWORD....and, yes, Shoshana, Hayward was absolutely manipulating Wanda in that scene. At the beginning of that sequence, the guard says to Hayward "yes, she's still here" indicating that Wanda's been waiting there for a while. The reason that she's been waiting there is that Hayward was having his team set up that 'theater' with Vision's body. If you notice, all of the workers are doing a lot of random things to Vision's parts, but stuff that looks drastic. None of it is real work, it's all for show. Hayward says later that they've taken Vision apart and put him together so many times. SWORD (under Hayward) has had Vision's body for 5 years (Wanda mentions this...and, for her, Vision died just days earlier) and in those 5 years, Hayward has become obsessed with trying to get Vision up and running, in order to have a 'Sentient Weapon'. So much so that he's completely shifted SWORD's focus (something Monica points out when she first returns to SWORD after coming back from the blip). Hayward hasn't had success in those 5 years, and so Vision's body was likely in some back workspace, certainly not front and center with a full team performing the most rudimentary disassembly and deconstruction taking place overseen by a squad of armed guards. However, when Wanda shows up to SWORD, Hayward, knowing how powerful she is puts the whole scene together. When he meets with her, it's he who puts the thought of resurrecting Vision in her head (she was just there to bury the body and for closure). He also put Vision just out of reach for her, and tells her that she can just stand there and watch while Vision's body is desecrated, hoping to spark an intensely emotional response. Hayward was disappointed when she didn't resurrect Vision, and when she just left without taking it. But when he's first made aware of Vision in Westview, he leaves, then comes back later with doctored footage and a story about Wanda stealing Vision. Anyways, most of this is just retelling the events, but it's something I've loved about how this series lays out the info so well throughout.

I think the fact that she reached for the bomb implies that she knew something was special about her before she even touched the mind stone. I think there finally hinting that she's a mutant with the X gene
