Lamia Duelist Plot Course (Patreon)

So there's two ways the next set of chapters for Lamia Duelist to go. 

Grave Risk, which in canon is a two parter, when Jaden took on Gravekeeper's Chief in a duel to save his friends. Banner had set this up to test Jaden and he received a second shadow charm. He also flirts with one of the Gravekeepers only to find out she has the hots for Atticus who has the other half of the shadow charm. 

Originally, my plan was to skip this two parter as Jaden already has a shadow charm and has years of practice with shadow magic. Nothing would really be lost as Atticus/Nightshroud would just have the full shadow charm and have shadow magic when he fights Jaden. My story notes for the Doomsday Duel Two Parter haven't changed but as I've been working on this latest update things have been considered.

Potential Plan: Grave Risk: Banner uses the gate to send the group to the shadow realm in the Gravekeeper's territory. He does this to confirm what Jaden is. Jaden's friends are captured by the gravekeepers but Jaden bumps into Gravekeepers Heretic, he helps Jaden and the two hit it off. Jaden protects Heretic and fights for their freedom. Heretic becomes a card crush in Jaden's deck swearing his loyalty to Jaden, and some spicy yaoi goodness. Banner does confirm that Jaden is a lamia, despite not witnessing the duel but finds his scales after the battle. Heretic will remain in limbo mostly until season 2/3

Original Plan: Shadow Rider Arc: The Shadow Riders are mobilized Jaden sensing a disturbance in the shadows. The students are given the spirit gate keys. Nightshroud captures Jaden's lovers, and through a tough deal and magical shenangins he forces Jaden to take his true form. In front of Syrus, Chumley, and Alexis.
