Urchin's Keyhole Adventure
When Ursala allowed the Heartless to invade their world. Even some of the bravest warriors were not able to stop them. Urchin fights with all his might but things look bad. A keyblade chooses him and gives him the strength to fight. Prince Eric is taken and he swears he'll get him back. With the power of the keyblade Urchin can take human form. Urchin/Harem

Arin's Keyhole Adventure
Triton had only 1 son Prince Arin, a red haired stud of a merman who happened to fall in love with a prince. Things were going well for the two, until the Heartless attacked, when Prince Eric nearly has his heart stolen Arin manifests a keyblade and is able to save him. Though Atlantica is safe, Arin fears for the other worlds. The keyblade turns Eric's ship into a Gummi Ship and they are able to explore new and other worlds. Rule 63 Arin/Eric/Harem

Eric's Keyhole Adventure
Eric's kingdom is under attack by a strange force known as the Heartless. Their weapons seemingly have no effect, it looks bad when Urchin uses magic to help fend them off. Urchin has been learning magic for awhile and wants to protect Eric. When stronger heartless try to crush him Prince Eric awakens and is chosen by a keyblade. Together they can defend their world, but they learn other worlds are in danger. Eric can't leave them to fall to darkness and Urchin doesn't want to leave his side. Eric/Urchin/Harem

Sea Bishop Luffy
Among the merfolk there were two considered the most powerful the Sea Witches and the Sea Bishops, second only yo Poseidon, both have the ability to use mana. It is unknown how either is made, but legends say when love of the land and sea meet such a child would be born. In the East Blue a child between a mermaid and a man bore fruit creating Monkey D. Luffy a Sea Bishop.

Octo Luffy Version 1
Luffy is the child of a human and mermaid, so the chances were high of him being a merman himself. He’s born a rare class of merman, an octo merman. A unique form that allowed him to have life on land and in sea. Fate isn’t as kind as not everyone treats mermaids and fishman with kindness.

Octo Luffy Version 2
Luffy is a Mindflayer a rare and often hated breed of scylla or octopus merman. His father didn't care and he married Luffy's mother. Their child has his mind filled with the ideas of being a pirate, so he must build a crew, while being hunted/hated by those who want his kind dead.

Siren of the Sea
It wasn’t every day one met a mermaid, least one that is a pirate. In the East Blue lived a Siren fresh on his journey to become King of the Pirates but he runs across a strange ship with three arrogant princes, who’ve been made into weapons. They picked a fight with Luffy, but while he could just end them, he decides to save them.

Sea With of the East
Legends were spreading of a Sea Witch in the East Blue. Not many could believe it as a Sea Witch was considered one of the most powerful mermaids/merman. In ancient times it was believed they could change people, even make a fishman or mermaid human. A magic power that was a gift from the sea itself. The legends were true, there was a Sea Witch in the East Blue and she had a son, who would become a very interesting pirate.

Octo Octo no mi: Kraken Model
Luffy eats the mythical zoan of the Octo Octo no mi granting him not only a monstrous transformation but mythical abilities as well. He still can't swim but he has some work around. He's also a carnivorous species so he acts on his desires.Jimbei even teaches him some Fishman Karate to help him get even stronger. Tentacles Tentacle D 

Octo Fangs
Nomoto Yuuya was an unknown, he was just a student studying Zoology. He had a basic knowledge of martial arts, joining the team but didn’t appear to show exceptional promise. So when he was called to a strange and secluded location for a fight, his opponent thought this would be an easy win, but he’s a true therianthrope.

Scylla Quirk
Izuku and his mother both have the Octo Mermaid/Merman quirk. His mother wants Izuku to join the family business and help her run the massage parlor. Izuku however wants to become a hero.

Mer Quirk
Izuku thought he was quirkless until the day he tried to save Katsuki from the river, his quirk triggered and he became a merman right before their eyes. Bakugou is amazed, Izuku is shocked. Inko has to tell Izuku the truth about his father. Izuku's quirk is more evolved than his.  

Octo Hollow
Ichigo was killed by Grand Fisher as a kid, but his soul was too powerful and his hollow side helped them escape. He finds a home in the Dark Ocean in Hueco Mundo, and ends up forming an oasis and safe haven for hollows. Mix Harem Ichigo/Hallibel/Harem

Mer Hollow
Ichigo has lived in the deserts of Las Noches for years, slowly growing and becoming as powerful as a Vasto Lorde. His power shakes up the den of hollows and alliances shift. When he becomes an arrancar he gains a human form but retains some shark traits. Two Dicks Transformation Ichigo/Harem

Aqua Dragon Dragneel
Zeref leaves his brother a water demon with the Aqua Dragon Undine. Natsu's demon transformation makes him a scylla, and Undine helps Natsu grow as a water Magic master. Tentacles Transformation

Boiling Water Dragon
Natsu was raised by one of the dragon gods, Mercphobia. He is able to master both fire and water magic, his demon seed fusing with his dragon seed. Natsu becomes the Boiling Water Dragon and gains a unique transformation. Mercphobia is proud of him, but when another dragon lord wants Natsu dead he sends Natsu away hoping to protect him.
