Pet Quirk

Izuku has a rather unique quirk, not only is he loved by animals, he can create collars that can control anything bound by them, his quirk has developed over the years with some extras, but its still the same. He wants to be a hero more than anything, but his quirk is tricky and if he doesn't use it he's basically quirkless.  

Chapter 1 His Pet Explosive

A young boy with green hair and freckles was crying and whimpering as two older boys were beating him up. “Trying to be a hero, you weakling!” they shoved him down.  

“Hey!” a blonde with red eyes shot forward, explosions erupting from his hands to increase his speed. “What are you doing to my Deku!” the older boys screamed as the blonde let loose with his quirk, Explosion! The boy produced nitroglycerin like sweat from the palms of his hands which he could in fact detonate.  

The boys were older so it wasn't an easy fight, but the blonde won, the bullies running off. Katsuki wiped his mouth on his sleeve before turning to the green haired boy. “What do you think your doing Deku, why didn't you use your quirk on them?” he asked.  

This boy was Izuku Midoriya, and the blonde was Katsuki Bakugo. Izuku sniffled a bit more and wiped his eyes before smiling. “Thank you for saving me Kacchan!” he says, making the blonde blush. “Good boy!” he pets his head, making the blonde blush harder.  

His collar shifts to reveal a green gel looking collar around his neck. He takes the petting, mixed emotions swirling around inside the blonde. “Grr, I wouldn't have had to save you, if you weren't so weak, or if you bothered to use your quirk.” he huffs and looks away.  

“I didn't want them...I wanted you Kacchan...” he kissed the boy on the cheek making his heart flutter.

Katsuki remembered when he became Izuku's pet, or atleast when he was first collared by the boy. It was Izuku's fifth birthday, and his quirk had finally manifested, kinda… his power has been active for awhile as it made animals love Izuku. The vicious of beasts became kittens and puppies around him. Such as a mean neighborhood dog that scared the other kids with its size and vicious attitude, was only kind to Izuku. His true power was revealed later, Izuku could create these green gel collars.  

The blonde decided to be a guinea pig since it was Izuku's birthday, and since the boy always wanted a pet, but their apartment didn't allow animals. So the collar was put on and Izuku learned that anyone who wears his collar he can control. He should have waited as Izuku didn't quite have a handle on what kind of collar he created for Katsuki, and thus created a life time collar making Katsuki his pet forever.  

It was a big joke around school for a bit, only to learn nothing really changed. Izuku could control Katsuki sure, but that didn't mean he did it. He only really put his foot down when he felt Katsuki was truly in the wrong. It was embarrassing for him though, how one word from Izuku and he was quick to obey, and a part of the quirk was those collared by him cannot go against their master's orders, or do harm to the master, so no violence was allowed against him

Their was talk about removing it, as there were quirks out there that could do that, but his mother thought it'd be...in her words...good for the little shit to have to listen to someone from time to time.  

Bakugo was a prodigy, whatever he tried he excelled at, and was born with again as his mother put it a stupid awesome quirk, so he got praise for doing very little, or at least very little effort. Everyone talked about how great he was, how amazing his quirk is, and how much of a hero he was gonna become.  

It wasn't long until the neighborhood kids including Izuku began to follow Katsuki. Izuku praised him to, but his praise was different from others. He liked to analyze and study heroes and quirks, filling notebook after notebook with hero data. When Izuku praised him, he looked at all of him, not just his strengths but his weaknesses to.  

For a long time he didn't know why he liked being praised by Izuku so much more than anyone else. His followers liked to kiss his ass, and stroke his ego, but they didn't challenge him, they didn't care if he got hurt or not so sure he was fine because he was awesome, why wouldn't he be fine. Izuku cared though, he cared a lot.  

At first it scared him, then it annoyed him, and eventually he felt comforted by it. Like a huge weight was taken off his shoulders and he didn't need to excel he could just be him, flaws and all. With everyone telling him how amazing he was, he felt he had to be amazing or let everyone down, he still wanted to be the best, and got excited when facing a challenge, but having to be at his best all the time, never able to show weakness, never making mistakes, the pressure would have ate him alive and twisted him into something ugly.  

Izuku saved him from that, allowing Katsuki to have someone he can just surrender to. Midoriya wasn't able to create collars outside of Life Time ones so until he learned how to better control his quirk he didn't use it. As he put it, he only wanted to have someone special wear this kind of collar, he would eventually learn to make less long term collars but until that time he was basically quirkless.  

It was odd how close they were, on the surface they looked like friends, with the strong Katsuki protecting and looking after the weak Izuku. Some even joked because of the collar that Katsuki was like Izuku's guard dog. If you messed with him you bore the wrath of Bakugo.  

Not that Izuku was defenseless, at the age of 10 Izuku began to study martial arts, and trained physically to make up for his lack of combat skills. By the age of 15 Izuku could freely use his quirk, capable of making 24 hour collars, weekly collars, and collars that lasted a whole month.

Katsuki couldn't believe how much of a pet he had become, or how much he loved it. His alone time with Izuku became the happiest moments in his life. It wasn't till much later did things change with Izuku and Katsuki, both had gone through puberty and new feelings and desires began to emerge.  

The little cute kisses and touches Izuku had given him when they were younger took on new meaning. The collar he once thought was embarrassing, he couldn't imagine being without it. The cute little nerd, he wanted to protect was grown up and could handle himself, he didn't need him, and that scared the blonde more than anything.  

He wanted Izuku to need him, to want him, to praise him, because he was a good boy. He was Izuku's good boy, and he was willing to show it, and if he was bad he would happily take punishment from the greenette. If he fucked up, he'd learn, he'd do better, he'd be Izuku's best boy.  

Katsuki found himself wanting to do deliciously perverted things with Izuku. At first he tried to keep it hidden, doing his own research and learning about sex, toys, and the pleasures of being dominated. He was worried Izuku would be angry or disgusted by his feelings, and not want him anymore.  

Izuku wasn't exactly a social butterfly, he was nice enough, cute enough, take off his shirt he was downright sexy enough. He focused more on his studies, his dream of going to the top school and becoming a great hero like the symbol of peace All Might, fresh in his mind. If he hung out with anyone it was Katsuki.   

He in turn was facing his own crisis of conscience, his feelings for Katsuki had changed in more ways than one, and he felt guilty holding control over him since they were 5. He knew they'd both grow up, become heroes, save the world then eventually settle down and have a family. It wouldn't be easy for Katsuki with the collar always around his neck, having to explain he was another man's pet.  

Midoriya went to Katsuki's house in order offer removing the collar. His mother let him in before heading out to run errands. Izuku went up to find Katsuki in his room naked, but more than that he was playing with his ass to masturbate. “Deku...Deku...Deku!” he moans as his fingers curl against his sweet spot and he cums all over his floor.
