Music began to play as the kingdom opened up on the field. “Next I’ll summon Toon Masked Sorcerer!” The Toon appeared on the field.

“Next I’ll play two cards face down.” He only had one card left in his hand. “I’ll end my turn.”

“A pitiful monster with less than 1000 ATK, will just be a feast for my monsters.” He draws.

‘Perfect!’ He had Black Stone of Legend, Return of Red Eyes, Spear Dragon, Red Eyes Retro Dragon, Cards of the Red Stone, and Red Eyes Darkness Dragon.

“I summon Black Stone of Legend, but it won’t stay around long as I tribute it to special summon my Red Eyes Black Dragon from my deck!”

The stone burst as the massive 7 Star Dragon appeared on the field. “I activate my Trap Toon Mask!” The cartoony mask appeared on the field before latching onto Nightshroud’s dragon. Green smoke bellowed from it’s ears, it formed and fused together and da-da-da-da! “I special summon Red Eyes Toon Dragon!”

Red-Eyes Toon Dragon chuckled and laughed, not intimated by his counter part. “Well what if I have something mightier than Red Eyes, I can special summon Red Eyes Darkness Dragon from my hand by tributing my Red Eyes Black Dragon.”

“What if you didn’t have a dragon to tribute.” Jaden’s second card flipped up. “Say hello to Toon Boxing Glove, when Toon World is on the field I can activate this card, sending your monster away, but when I have a toon monster on the field, instead of sending it to your hand, I can send it to the top of your deck.” The glove appeared on Red Eyes Toon Dragon’s claw.

Ding Ding...Pow!

The toon uppercut the original, sending the dragon to the top of Nightshroud’s deck. “Damn it!”

He set one card and ended his turn. ‘It’s fine, I draw it next turn, then I can use my spell to send it to the graveyard, then special summon it with my trap, then I can bring out my Darkness Dragon, plus I’ll get two new cards out of the deal.’

Jaden draws. “Alright boys go get him!” The toons charged attacking the Shadowrider.

Toon Masked Sorcerer slapped him.

Nightshroud 3100

Red Eyes Toon Dragon blasted him with dark flames, lighting his jacket on fire and reducing it to ash. “Curse you!”

Nightshroud: 700

Thanks to his sorcerers effect Jaden was able to draw 1 card. The toon zipped around and drew the card for him. “Thank you.” He grinned. “I’ll set this card and summon Toon Gemini Elf!” The toony twins appeared.

‘Just you wait, this duel isn’t over!’ His hand balled into a fist.

“I end my turn!”

“My turn Draw!” He got his dragon back. “I activate Cards of the Red Stone!” Red Eyes Black Dragon was sent to the graveyard, and Nightshroud got to draw 2 new cards. “Next I activate my Trap Return of Red Eyes!”

“I’ll match you trap for trap, behold Toon Ink Well!” A continuous trap was flipped face up.

“What does that do?”

“You’re about to see.” As Nightshroud’s trap tried to special summon the Red Eyes Black Dragon from the grave, ink rose up from the well and dragged it back down.

“What did you do!?”

“Toon Ink Well, it’s a trap I can only activate when I have Toon World and Control a Toon Monster, if I don’t this card is destroyed at the end of the turn. So long as this card is active, neither of us can special summon monsters except toon monsters.”

“What?!” He checked his hand, the two cards he added was Draining Shield and Mystical Space Typhoon. “Fine, I’ll blast your ink well and blow it away.” He activated the spell.

“Sorry!” Jaden smiled and wagged his pen. “While Toon World is on the field you can’t target Toon Ink Well with card effects.”

“Grrr, then say goodbye to your Toon Kingdom!” His typhoon surged towards the field spell.

“I banish Toon Bookmark, to protect my kingdom.” The Bookmark appeared and sucked up the vortex of wind before vanishing.

“Damn it!”

He summoned his Spear Dragon. “I won’t let you get away with this humiliation.” Spear Dragon was sent to attack Toon Masked Sorcerer.

“When a Toon Monster I control would be destroyed by battle or card effect I can banish a card to negate their thanks to Toon Kingdom’s effect.” The top card was banished.

“But you still take damage!”

Even as the toon stretched out of the way of the attack, the blast surged towards Jaden.

Jaden: 3000

By Spear Dragon’s effect it was forced into Defense Mode. “I’ll set a card and end my turn!”

Jaden draws and gets Toon Harpie Lady, he could special summon her and destroy his face down. ‘What’s the fun in that?’ His eyes flash gold for a moment. “I’ll move into battle phase and attack with Red Eyes Toon Dragon!”

“You fool, you walked right into my trap, Draining Shield!” The toon’s attack was negated and his life points increased by 2400.

Red Eyes Toon Dragon took the card from his hand and threw it into the Toon Kingdom. Storm clouds burst from the field spell and Toon Summoned Skull appeared on the field. “Now for his effect, once per turn, my Toon Summoned Skull can destroy 1 face up monster on the field who’s original ATK is less than my monster’s ATK.” He cackled before unleashing lightning and Spear Dragon fried, getting reduced to ashes.

The turn passed and Nightshroud draws. ‘No…’ He got Red Eyes Fusion, but because of Ink Well this card was useless. “I won’t lose, I refuse to lose to a runt like you.” He clutched his shadow charm. “Screw the duel, I’ll have you dead!”

Using the charm’s power he conjured dragon’s from the earth. Jaden sighed. “This is why you are just a pathetic parasite.” He twirled his Shadow Pen. “Oh well, it’s my win!”

“You can’t win if you are dead!” The dragons charged at him.
