Shaky Cam (new)

- added new plugin that works with WindowCamera atoms, makes the camera shake a bit
- one slider in the plugin UI allowing to increase/decrease the shakiness
- on desktop you can press M to view/escape the window camera view. In VR the desktop will automatically show the WindowCamera if the camera is On 

BondageTrigger (updated)
- removed log message
- fixed initial detection, sometimes depending on how fast the scene loaded or some weird cache stuff the bond didn't trigger automatically on scenes saved with hands/feet bound (like the demo scene)
