Early release of a small update to AEstudio that adds lighting rigs and a few other changes

CHANGES

- included Alive v2 as free for expressions for more dynamic photoshoots for everyone and to keep down dependencies
- added reset physics button to fix collision & clothing
- added new panel for Lights, included 32 lighting rigs by n00rp and linked them to the Person as per his specifications, they move along with the head
- added model lights (n00rp's rigs) and Main scene lights switch button
