COURTS

Courts now get automatically filled up for all 8 cities. The citizens at the courts will be the main NPCs and will be more dynamic and strive for power, they'll influence how well their arcologies are doing. All the other citizens of the cities will be interactable too but they'll remain more static unless they're welcomed to a court.

JOBS, COUNCIL

Added the council - the main jobs of an arcology: the ruler, then 4 main assistants to the ruler and then 8 more positions, one for each resource of the game (e.g. steward, marshal) 

AI

Started working on AI features:
- court analysis - finds the best (to the NPC that's doing the analysis kowledge) candidates for each position. The AI will use this to keep improving their courts. I kept it as a feature for the player too in the form of suggestions for each role

CONTRACTS

By default citizens will have a contract to an arcology which will direct where they'll work and live.  They'll be able to buy themselves out by paying a huge sum. Some higher class citizens will be allowed to buy other citizens' contracts as well to improve their estates/businesses. Added the initial version of this feature. I'd like to add a negotiation mechanic too like in football manager but idk yet

OTHER

- did some big database logic changes to make it more stable and faster when it gets larger
- started the city view module
- support for apps to send data to one-another e.g. open app x with y parameters
- dynamic links - easier, automatic links for arcologies, citizens in all content
- court citizens sortable table -  I plan to expand it with filters and more attributes and stats for quick comparison
