Dang that was tragic. This was the one episode that I really liked so far. Seeing someone's untapped potential prematurely cut off is always sad to see. 10/10 episode.

Every time I see this episode, or a reaction to it, it hits harder. -------- Ref anime killing off a popular character. I don't know about recent ones but, in mecha anime, it's a tradition to build up a popular Big Briother type and have him die tragically in battle somewhere around episode 7-10.

A thing I quite like in this series. They aren't all together in one group and get told all the plot at once. They all have to figure the same stuff out, in different ways on their own. And you didn't want to see more of that woman. She's the Cannibal Courtesan. Screws you, then when you're asleep, kills and eats you.

Sorry Luke, but anime with characters all being killed off really isn't all that rare. People just don't ask for it here. There are a lot of good ones, but just saying the names of them is a spoiler since you know.. everyone dies. Backstory story deaths always seem to be a theme tho.

Ah this is such a sad episode. It's always heartbreaking to see characters die before reaching their full potential or living their life. It's all of the "what could've been" that makes it extra sad. Tenza was such a likable character. I enjoy watching these reactions a lot, it's a lot of fun. This series is really keeping us on our toes.

I didn't watched ton of movies or serials, but battle royale animes are same template as this show. They kill all characters until the end of teh show, they make u attached to them, then those chars will die always. So for you ig it's unpredictable, for me it's same template. Sad story,good writing, making you attached just to kill that char and you feel sad emotion.

That specific death you mentioned is why i stopped watching that anime, i know its good and has great things but it was too much for me to just keep watching. If luke ever reacts to it though ill be here for every single episode.
