Don't worry, as Shibuya is being animated, you'll learn more about geto and what happened with him. Also, mahito is an underrated prodigy, he's learning so fast in such a small time. I mean, his first ever fight, in season 1 vs nanami and itadori, he was able to do a domain expansion, not even satoru gojo was able to do a domain expansion in his first fight.

Yes but worth remembering that curse are fundamentally different than exorcists, domain expansion are way more natural for curses than for exorcists

Also for the pacts: what Mahito, Geto and Mechamaru made was a regular pact. This for that, aka the information for mechamarus body being fixed. All regular pacts forged between two parties carries what geto said about uncertain penalties. Mechamaru was born paralyzed due to his Heavenly Pact, the opposite kind of HP that Toji and Maki have . HP is an incidental type of pact thats imprinted on to the body the moment someone is born and either gives someone limited to no cursed energy but access to superhuman strength and speed (Toji/Maki) or insane amounts of cursed energy control like controlling puppets all through Japan/having access to all the cursed energy they’ve idly stored since birth but having their physical body paralyzed (Mechamaru)

He probably have zero experience running/walking, I don't think he thought he could outrun taking in mind he never had the chance. If they caught him it was game over because running means he wouldn't have his big mech, knowing 1 touch means death he picked fighting than gambling running away. He is slow (a human), not like itadori. He is fast only with his puppets.

What I love the most about this episode is that yuko decided not to confess love to yuji. Back in middle high school she thought she was not good looking enough to tell him her feeling. And now she got more beautiful and decided to do it. She is also stuck in lookism and as shallow as the boys who called her fat back then. On the other hand, Yuji always care about inside. She realised she is out if his league and left without confessing. The transition of her feelings is so smooth and subtle. I love it.

I believe he doesn't have the pact anymore. As far as I remember it was never confirmed that his pact was released, but the fact that he only has the energy that he stored throughout the years that he had the pact kinda confirm he doesn't have it anymore.

Throughout many different translations of JJK terms such as "Heavenly Pact" and "Pact" have been changed out for others. However, using these translations that Crunchyroll use it's important to understand the essential difference between "Pact" and "Heavenly pact". A pact just refers to a deal between Curses and Humans so in this case it's Mechamaru giving information in exchange for his body being repaired by Mahito. A Heavenly Pact is from birth and is when instead of gaining a cursed technique or cursed energy someone is granted super-human like physical attributes, think: Maki and Toji. Mechamaru has a "reversed" heavenly pact where, in exchange for his physical strength, he has been granted a lot of cursed energy, ie: the range on his puppet technique. I hope this clears up any misconception :D

The anime translations of some terms in JJK bother me. In the manga Heavenly Pacts are called Heavenly Restriction and the other pacts/normal pacts are called Binding Vows. That being said, Heavenly Restrictions are involuntary (like Maki, Mechamaru, and Toji's), and Binding Vows are voluntary (like Nanami's Overtime, where he can only use around 80% of his strength most of the time and in exchange he can use 120% strength when he goes into overtime).

Like the guy above me say, The subtitles are a bit wrong. Ten'yo Jubaku in other words Heavenly restriction & Shibari (Binding) Vows are 2 diff things. They can both be called pacts but the former can't be controlled, meaning you have it from birth whereas the latter is something you use to either strengthen yourself under conditions or make a contract with someone like what they mention in this episode.
