My most nostalgic anime would probably be Sailor Moon, Cowboy Bebop, InuYasha, and Blood+.

Aidin the SEX GOD McDickens

Once it hit 15 I was like "As long as Yu Yu Hakusho gets some respect, I'm Happy." NUMBER 8!!! You gotta watch this shit, bro. You're gonna cry

If you want to talk about the representation of women in anime, shoujo and josei anime are specifically aimed aimed girls and adult women. Shoujo OP in the top 100: 92, 89, 87, 74, 73, 66, 65, 54, 47, 43, 37, 32, 31, 25, 18 Josei OP in the top 100: 63, 39 As for nostalgic series OP I’d like to see you react to, I’d have to say Cardcaptor Sakura. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvscBQu4Xmn_f_qwjEgrdZu6NDa4KUsid&si=iybXWUAffl5_pDnS

I would love to see og gundam openings

Louispul5

Outlaw Star is great. You ever see Firefly? It's that but with space wizards. And it's the most nostalgic. I was locked in to anime after hearing magic bullets purchased from a wizard on another planet.

Ardane

A nostalgic anime for me is Starzinger. It's a late 70's anime that I grew up watching and it was my introduction into the world of anime. I'd love it if you would react to the intros to that one, sadly it's nigh impossible to find all the intros simply because it's so old.

Zer0

They did Trigun dirty, you need to react to it. Along with Outlaw Star and Yu Yu Hakusho.

gunchar

Well the 90s were in regards of female characters even ahaed of the non-90s parts of 90s Shonen like Naruto and to a lesser degree even One Piece let alone many modern Isekais to be frank XD...

kloos

I would like for you to react to all OPs And EDs of Eureka Seven, that show has such an amazing music overall

Slipstream

#28 was an anime called Legend of Black Heaven. Would love to see a reaction to it.

draggo

My most nostalgic anime openings are almost certainly InuYasha and Slayers, followed by Naruto and Yu Yu Hakusho. Edit: I gotta' add the first Shakugan no Shana opening to my list of nostalgic openings

ChrossxXxRodes

Omg Yu Yu Hakusho is amazing!! "The guy in the green suit"--his name is Yusuke Urameshi! He's the main character. You should check the show out, it has a lot of awesome fighting scenes, one liners, and even tournament arc! If not the show, I'd love to see you react to the theme song in both English and Japanese, it's so fun

ChrossxXxRodes

YYH, Inuyasha, and Naruto were my fav animes back in the day!! Yu Yu Hakusho still holds up lol

Please react to the Bastard ops 1 and 2 they are made by Coldrain so you might like them.

Silvered Fox

Ah Slayers. I really love Megumi Hayashibara's singing so much. All the Rurouni Kenshin openings are nice (endings too maybe?) I'll also throw support towards Eureka Seven since I saw someone mention that and just yes. I'm excited to see what you think of the OG Digimon openings. Nostalgia is fun for sure. Wish you got to see some of the full versions of a few of these but this was a great speedrun of some nicely nostalgic series!

Crimson

I'd say the one I watched the most was dragon ball. But my introduction into anime was Sailor Moon. I watched that before I even knew what anime was. Dragon Ball was second, watching both on TV. Yugioh, Pokemon, Digimon, and Inuyasha as well. I used to stay up late and watch Inuyasha with my dad and neither of us even knew what it was back then lol

Kigeki

Man, I can't respect this Top 100. It misses one of my favorites "The Irresponsible Captain Tylor"...

azurezeed

Yesss digimon openingsss

Callista

Serial Experiments: Lain is worth a watch by any and all.

Kot Bajun

Out of these 50, I think Digimon, Card Captor Sakura were the ones which aired during regularly scheduled broadcasts on TV back in the day. I later watched: The Slayers, Outlaw Star, Trigun, Vision of Escaflowne, Nadia: Secrets of Blue Water, GTO, Fushigi Yugi: all of them bring some nostalgia and are decent series for sure. All been seen almost 20 years ago. Time flies! For somebody who is still rather new to anime at least Outlaw Star, Neon Genesis Evangelion, GTO, original Berserk (1997), are still worth a watch.

jom

My most nostalgic anime opening is one piece op 1 in german and digimon op 1 in arabic, It's a bit weird but that's what stayed with me over the years!

Bro check out FLCL soundtrack

The late 80s was the time I started watching anime…all of this pure nostalgia for me. I would add: Gundam Wing - OP 2 Ranma 1/2 - Jajauma ni Sasenaide Ranma 1/2 - Little Date
