Japan is very sticky about music rights and licensing, so a lot of early era localized anime would skip out on the OG music and do their own unless the music rights were cheap enough. Dragon Ball for instance has a lot of songs that simply aren't used in the english version since they only got the licenses for a few of the cheaper songs. And would either talk over the periods of silence in the dub, or use their own music where they could or add some of the music they did license in additional scenes where it wasn't originally.

Yeah, it's a rice ball. When it's fresh it's really sticky, but after awhile the surface dries out (turning chewy rather than hard) and it's a decently portable snack. Basically the Japanese equivalent of a sandwich. I make them sometimes as a snack since they keep for several days, though you need the right kind of rice for them, a starchy short-grain, to make sure they have the right texture and stickiness. I've made them with long-grain before but they don't keep as well (they retrograde to a much harder state than short grain does) and are a bit more fragile since they aren't as sticky. While you can get them plain (usually just a light flavoring of salt from the salt water you dip your hands in while forming them to keep from sticking), there's usually fillings inside, and/or coming wrapped in sea-weed as an additional wrapper to keep the surface from drying out as much. If you're using a mold to form them, add a bit of salt to your cooking water instead since you won't be handling them directly as much. a common filling is basically a scoop of tuna-salad (some tuna, mayo, and seasonings). Or something else that adds a nice contrast to the earthy/saltiness of the rice (lightly sour or sweet stuff is also fairly common). I made some shredded curried chicken as a filling for some out of some leftover rice and curry chicken (just reduced a little bit more so the curry was thick enough to not make the rice-ball soggy). You can also fry them to toast the outsides, which is useful if they're a few days old to pep them up a bit.

Please react to all the Pokémon openings, there are several really good ones. You can also react to 'GOTCHA' by BUMP OF CHICKEN, it's on the official Nintendo channel: https://youtu.be/BoZ0Zwab6Oc

I hope you can react to All openings and endings of Eureka seven and Hajime no ippo openings, they are so good

Not sure if you've seen it yet, there is a First Take of the Pokemon theme song, Rica Matsumoto is amazing, she sings the first opening and is the voice of Ash. And yes, more Inuyasha openings, please!

Luke is a funny man, "why people recommend random anime out of nowhere". The reason for that is 💀 people are forgetful, that is the truth. One dude remembers, then tell the others about it, they google the name, they remember they watched it, they remember it was mid, but they remember the SONG WAS AWESOME. That's why RANDOM animes pop up in twitch polls and win

the onepiece music was the newest ending not an opening

Marian Negoșanu

One piece manga author said that it's already at 3/4 so yea...it's coming to an end

arksaber96

inuyasha is one of the oldest isekai anime

Some0neElse

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! You reacted to Tsukimichi OP but not the endings QQ

Finito

Luke please react to the rest of the Pokémon openings, some of them are genuinely amazing songs.

Aiko

Please react to all the Inuyasha openings! Even some nice endings, such an iconic anime in it's time. It's finished and one of those romance shounen like Seven Deadly Sins

draggo

InuYasha was my first anime, has a lot of nostalgia. Pretty good. 7 seasons, 4 movies (season 1-6, then InuYasha: The Final Act). You can reference animefillerlist.com to skip some episodes - people will let you know if a filler episode is worth watching. It's still a longer anime.

Hellfire69

one piece is just made up as it goes i think

If that's what you think then you know nothing and have watched absolutely none of it.

idkwhy

You can record One piece reaction in any way you want, we will appreciate it and definitely watch it!

Dr. A

just need the one piece rap, the germen naruto opening, and how many dumbbells do you lift?! Also deadman wonderland, and the poopturds cover of deep in abyss.

Anna

I would recommend watching Inuyasha. It's a really great anime and is so much fun to watch. It takes place in feudal era japan and is all about demons and all sorts of stuff.

Moba Test

I am patiently waiting for you to start reacting to One Piece. 1000+ episodes is undeniably overwhelming but it is soooo worth it. I grew up watching this show and even now that I am a tired adult, I'm still following the Straw Hats' adventure. Please please please 🙏

John Shugars

that is what I'm hoping for to but its almost as long as Fairy Tail if you combine the originalxFinalActxyashahime so it might be awile
