Date a live, I watched it when it was being released for season 1 & 2. But didn't complete the other 2 due to burnout of anime at that time. But I got to say I enjoy both season that I watched. It's not a good anime, but it's just like B rated movies. You watch them for the sake it, like or hate but it's just there. Would probably rewatch series soon

Just a little tip, when you watch an opening or ending and in the credits are either japanese letters or normal letters between these [ ] in this case [over] It is the name of the song

I'm blown away by the amount of people who defend this anime as being good. I know a lot of people like it and that's fine, but I just assumed most would realize just how bad it is. All the characters are 1 note tropes with no personality, the MC might be the most bland and basic ever, the story is more of an excuse for fantasy fulfilment. The character design was innovative at the time, although it now feels dated, and the action animation was also top notch. But without a solid story or interesting and charismatic characters, it becomes boring fast. If you want a good harem anime, there are only 2 choices: Ranma 1/2 (which is pretty old, from the 80s/90s) and The World God Only Knows (Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai, from 2010)

The character's ages in Date A Live is a little complex as I can't say much due to spoilers but I will say is their ages are not what is initially presented as. The anime is hyped up only because the Light Novels are actually quite good. Unfortunately the anime ranges from good to quite bad. This depends on which season you are watching. It doesn't help when also a lot of content was skipped from the novels.

Every girl in Date A Live with the exception of Yoshino (the bunny suit girl) is of age for Japan/England, you can mostly comment away. Heck it's fiction, say what you want, no one is gonna believe you want to discard your wife and family to try and date an anime girl lol The plot is very simple and is mostly explained in the synopsis, which is the first line of OP1, a.k.a those girls come to earth, they either get killed in combat, or they have to be "seduced(?)"/ won over, a.k.a love or war. Hence why you see the guy surrounded by the girls all the time, since his goal is to essentially save their lives by making them like him

Luke, I’m sure you’d have hella support- Date A Live would be mega fun to react to, plus 4 seasons, though they will pass by in a flash. Let’s make sure it gets a chance soon! Still,,,,laughing about Luke wondering who sings the song, while the artist and song are names in the whole video.
